Called McKinney. Spent about $350 change two parts. Did not fix the problem. Did not answer my calls. Called Brents Appliance Repair. He advised me to call A-1 he said they had the diagnostic equip to diagnosis the problem. A-1 sent a guy out he diagnosed the problem changed the part and was done and gone in 30 mins. His idea of fixing it was to take a piece of wire and tie the drain hose (which was dry) to prevent water from backflowing into the dishwasher. Then told us to monitor and log when the dishwash was dry or had water in the bottom. Totally unprofessional. Which the dishwasher still had standing water after washing a load of dishes. In the future, I will go buy a new appliance before using A-1 Appliance to repair anything.

He just said that's all he could do and left. So I was charged $121.05 for a guy to connect two ends of a water line! He didn't go 4 miles down the road to Lowe's or Home Depot, he just left and I had to go find the part to complete the installation. I define would not recommend this company if they cannot complete such an easy task.

Southwest Appliance has already had to replace sensors in our stove (350.00) repair the icemaker and the fridge. On Easter our ventilation system went out , lights, vent, everything. The detergent dispenser has broken on our dishwasher. My husband and I are sixty years old and don't abuse our possessions. This has been unbelievable.
