Great when things need to be resolved ASAP. He is looking out for his clients best interests with the best insurance deal and lowest price. Not tacking on unnecessary costs. Truly going over your policy until you are happy with, both your coverage and cost. Making you feel your business is important. Highly recommend! ex: I'd received a letter from my bank, in regards to my homeowners insurance being in violation due my deductible. Upon getting this letter I immediately call my insurance agent, Mr Kon, around 6pm (after business hours.) I got his voice mail, as to be expected. So I left a message, not expecting a response until the next day. I get, both, an email and text letting me know it had been taken care of and a fax had been sent, around 10:30pm. This let me know he'd gotten on this quickly!

Ameriprise Claimed to be a fiduciary - but now Ameriprise rejects this investment and their own adviser's actions- while still employing him. one BDC quickly crashed - and now both BDCs have lost 35% of value after 5 YEARS--. Plus they are illiquid so I'll be lucky to get HALF my original investment back 5 years later. After that pain, Ameriprise home office did not address nor contact me personally to help . Until today - when their message was - 'we won't help., don't offer or deal with these accounts as they are unsafe'. My problem to navigate selling illiquid accounts -no assistance from AMERIPRISE at all. I can generically recommend both Vanguard and Fidelity as ethical outfits. I am disgusted by Ameriprise and Peter Nett.
