PPF absorbed the hit leaving small hole in PPF...worked as designed...saved headlight cover with no damage. Without PPF headlight cover would need replacing. Greg replaced PPF at no cost. I was referred to Patriot Auto Detail last year by a friend from work because I was looking for a way to protect my car from dog drool. The owner, Greg, took the time to educate me on all the different PPF and ceramic options. I decided on PPF for the front and ceramic coating, but ended up bailing on my appointment because life kicked me in the shins a few times. I circled back 10 months later and not only did Greg honor my original quote, he was even flexible enough to let me bring the car in 9 hours after my appointment time to accommodate a work meeting that I had forgotten about. The work was completed on time--his team did a great job! They even coated the inside of my back doors, where my dog tends to leave even more drool. There was a small dent and chip that I got on one of the back doors and Greg worked with the neighboring business, Dentless Touch, to fix it. He was even kind enough to put on a souvenir decal I got from Tail of the Dragon! He sent me away with cleaning fluid to prevent future dog drool buildup. Greg and his team did a fantastic job on my 2022 Airstream Atlas. They did a fantastic job on the paint correction taking out the swirls of numerous wax jobs, applying frontal XPEL Paint Protection Film and the XPEL Fusion Plus and Ultimate Plus Ceramic Coatings. In late May 2023, I took delivery of a 2015 Porsche Boxster S (I'm sure you will see my wife and I driving around town) and they were able to see me within one week. First of all the guys are nice and the shop is clean. The lighting may be a little poor. I think the owner/manager should maybe do a little better quality control on their work. They got me in quickly and gave me a decent deal on a detail of a 2019 with 20k that was relatively clean but needed the extra something a car wash just doesn't get. So I paid the excess of $125 for a detail inside and out. The car was pretty clean when I got it, however the windshield below the wipers was dirty, like not even washed. The headlights still had bugs on them, the side mirrors were not cleaned and had water spots and the glass interior still had hand prints from my prior passengers. Veteran owned and I would love to support it, I just feel like the ratings are misleading for the service I got. I got a decent car wash and vacuum that was worth about $40 for the price of a detail. A detail for me is something you do 1-2 times a year that would include a thorough cleaning, polishing of all paint and glass surfaces. We took two cars there back to back and both were disappointing. We showed an item or two to the manager and he was nice, but honestly to correct it all would have taken a redo and we didn't feel like waiting. read more

Originally went to Patriot because I heard some good things and wanted to have some aftermarket items removed from the exterior of a used car I recently purchased.
