Emmanuel was the one that detailed my car, and it was spectacular work! Even in the heat, he still managed to spruce up my pretty messy banged up car to its fullest! He was right on time, showing up at my house right when the appointment was scheduled! He was very nice-- I am a night owl, you see, and I happened to schedule my appointment at an early time I'm usually sleeping-- but despite my haggard and awkward conversation making, he was very nice and friendly! I cannot even begin with my car! Before the detailing, it had years and years of grime, grease, and food crumbs and stains everywhere. I couldn't even bear using my hands to pick up trash from the dirty floor. That's how crusty it was! But after the detailing-- omg, I'm so glad Emmanuel was there to fix it all up! It looks good as new! I had an exterior and interior cleaning and it was worth every penny and then some! Very reasonable prices! I had to figure out where in the world my electrical outlet was to the outside, but other than that, the process was easy peasy! Although I hope my car never gets dirty like that again, if it does, my first thought would be to make an appointment with Berger Mobile Detailing! Even if it isn't that dirty, I'm still considering booking monthly appointments to keep my car in shape! As for the appointment booking, I booked on Yelp, and response times were fast from the owner! Berger Mobile Detailing is amazing! Everything from contact/scheduling to service to payment process was easy and their customer service and satisfaction is outstanding! Ryan, Harrison and Carlson are terrific. I contacted them through Yelp and Harrison called me back within a few minutes to discuss their service options. They offer excellent pricing and add ons such as scratch removal. I booked for 2 days later to do 2 cars: 2015 Honda Civic and 2022 Lexus ES. I added scratch removal for both (and they were OLD deep scratch on the Honda). Not only did Ryan and Carlson do a fabulous job on the cars inside and out but I was absolutely shocked when I saw the results of the scratch removal! The Honda 5+ year old deep paint stained scratches were not detectable! There's a remnant of the deepest scratch that removed the paint but this 10 year old car looks fantastic. The Lexus work was excellent also (rear bumper and wheel well scratches). Their quality of auto detailing is also outstanding. Besides the excellent customer service and communication, all were extremely friendly and easy to work with. 5 star service in the comfort of your home! Berger Mobile Detailing is highly recommended. Our SUV need interior detailing to clean up three years of dog hair and beach sand. After asking fro a price request Harrison responded within 30 minutes and was able to schedule the detailing within a day. Harrison's employee showed up in the promised window and immediately . Harrison arrived shortly afterwards and they both worked diligently on the car for three hours. Exterior wise they were able to remove most of the scratches and the interior was 98% like new. The cost of $399 was a bargain for two people working for three hours to help return the interior(and remove exterior scratches) to almost new. I will use them again when I go to sell this vehicle. Harrison & his team are untouchable in the vehicle detailing arena! Harrison made my 8 year old minivan look almost new & that's saying a lot given rodents had gotten inside the vehicle, leaving feces & urine stains everywhere! It was a horror show! I had spent $5,000 on fixing the battery and brakes at Steve's auto shop so indignant to junk the van. They didn't tell me what had give in inside the van. Had I seen it, I never would have had them work on it. The van also was a gift from my Dad. I lost him recently & wanted the van for sentimental reasons also. Harrison and his team worked for 4 hours to clean up the interior. They vacuumed, steam cleaned and even used the ion machines to make the interior sparkle and shine and smell good as new. I was shocked and ecstatic when I saw the finished results! Harrison never doubted himself and because he wanted the customer happy, he worked hard and did a fantastic job! I requested Ruben to clean my Prius C before selling it and he did a wonderful job! I paid extra to get the dog hair removed (husky) and it was well worth the money spent, you couldn't even tell there was a dog in there! The only reason I am putting 4 stars is because I paid extra to get my seats shampooed and extracted and while I saw them using the machine it didn't really get any stains out of my seats. They weren't heavy stains and I was a detailer and interior repair person for many years. When I asked about a certain spot they assured me it just wouldn't come out but after they left I took a rag and some regular old all purpose cleaner and lo and behold 90% of all the stains and discoloration came out with barely any elbow grease. I believe this is an equipment failure and not user error but it should be said, hopefully they can upgrade that soon for others. That all being said i would definitely hire them again to clean my interior before selling a car, just not pay extra for seats. read more
