I've brought my vehicle to Patriot Glass twice -- once in 2023 and again in 2026 -- and both experiences were excellent. 2026: My ADAS lane camera was malfunctioning, so I reached out to Mike via email. He responded quickly and clearly explained that he would only charge me if the ADAS calibration was successful, which I found extremely fair and reasonable. At the appointment, he spent about 30 minutes attempting the calibration and ultimately determined that the camera itself was faulty and couldn't be calibrated. He was honest about it and didn't charge me. Instead, he recommended finding a shop that could replace and program the camera properly. Mike is very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt with communication. 2023: I had a cracked windshield and contacted the shop for a quote. Mike provided a fair price and mentioned he could work directly with my insurance. I told him I was concerned about potential premium increases and preferred to pay out of pocket. To my surprise, he offered me a very competitive cash price and scheduled me the same day. I was in and out in under an hour. It's been three years, and the windshield has had zero issues. They arrived at my home the next day and Cody (from Patriot Auto Glass) did quick high quality work. He answered all my post work questions (when can I drive car, when can I take off the tape) and he provided additional care and maintenance (e.g. no car wash for 3 days, ice and snow okay for now). I got about 5 email estimates for replacing my 2021 HRV Honda windshield. All shops separate the windshield/labor cost from the calibration labor and also ask for the VIN in order to give a correct estimate. Patriot had excellent reviews on Checkbook and the cheapest price and so I made an appointment. After my car gets into their garage, the owner Mike comes out and tells me he can't do the calibration at his shop because off a sensor and his equipment?? I step aside and call the dealer who said they will calibrate an after market part, but "it usually doesn't work out right." The dealer mentions Windshield City which I had also gotten a higher estimate from! I call them and they promise me they can do both the windshield and calibration. I wasted a morning and I think this was a scam on the part of Patriot to get some business out of me, knowing they could not do the calibration part. Or if their calibration equipment wasn't working properly, they should have rescheduled. read more

We had a very big rock hit the windshield and I feared the worst. After some research into auto glass places, I settled on patriot based on the recommendation from Subaru. Unlike other places, they answered the phone and were very forthcoming about the cost and the wait time. I was surprised by its location in a strip mall but the shop is apparently around back. The repair took only 20 minutes (as promised) and the cost was $85 for the first ding and $25 for the second (also as promised). These prices included tax too!
