Let me just start by saying I am not a fan of taking my car in for any kind of work. I always feel I'm being taken advantage of by knowing nothing about cars. I did not feel that way at ALL working with Patriot Auto Glass. I had my driver side window get stuck down and while attempting to pull it up, shattered it inside the door. We looked up an auto glass replacement service and noticed the high reviews from Patriot Auto Glass. I now know why they have such high reviews. I called to schedule an appointment and found Jon, the manager who I worked with to be so friendly. He provided me an estimated quote over the phone and mentioned that they could even come by and pick up the car, so I wouldn't have to drive there and wait for it to be serviced or bum a ride (During the summer and warmer months it seems they come to your house and do the repairs there). 5 star service! I called them up and they gave me my insurance companies direct glass claims number, I was on hold for maybe a minute. My insurance company after approving my claim told me I could use any of their pre approved places or any place of my choice. I told them patriot auto glass and they just happened to be one of the approved installers. My insurance company transferred me to the shop and they had me set up with an appointment the very next day. I dropped my truck off in the morning and they drove me to my work meeting and dropped me off. When my meeting was done, they came and picked me up to take me back to their shop. That is top notch service in my book. The glass they replaced in my Dodge Ram even had the ram logo on it, not some cheap generic replacement. They have clear instructions on care for the glass for the remainder of the day while the glue cured as well. read more

Not only are these guys amazing at what they do, and have wonderful personal service, but they have integrity too and that isn't something easily found now days. While other glass companies have given me cheaper quotes, I feel safe have Patriot Auto glass do it because I know that they know what they are doing. Having had a windshield replaced by a cheaper company before, only to have it pop out a few weeks later, it is worth the little bit extra to know that my windshield is installed safely and will protect me and my baby in the car. They also came out to repair a rock chip I had in my windshield, turns out it had already been filled & they let me know that. I just had my 2014 XTS Cadillac V-Sport windshield replaced about 2 weeks ago. These folks are great and did a wonderful job. Jon was excellent to deal with. Always kept us in the loop of the process. The customer service is by far some of the best I had here in Tri cities. They came to my home and picked up my caddy and returned it all better and perfect condition. They even took my old stickers off my cracked windshield and moved them to my new windshield. Jon & Francisco were awesome to work with. They showed up to my work location to replace my windshield, prior to showing up the communication was spot on. They were friendly and educated when asking them questions about the replacement procedure and other questions related to the windshield. Hell, I even had just purchased some new windshield wipers that were sitting on my passengers seat floor and they offered to slap them on for me! I needed a windshield replacement and I have a special windshield with several sensors so it took a while to order the correct one. I was kept up to speed on the time-line and when it finally arrived they were so quick and efficient. They picked up my car in the morning from my residence and it was delivered back to me in the afternoon. They made sure to have only my car scheduled in their shop to do the work inside with no other cars. I thought that was a very courteous thing to do. Called and spoke to Jon Cox, who arranged for his crew to change the front windshield of my wife's car at her workplace. Not only was it done in a clean and efficient manner with the utmost friendliness, but Jon took the time to educate me about the importance of using the proper bonding agents to prevent the windshield from falling out during a rollover which is seemingly a common and frightening occurrence when the windshield is replaced incorrectly! It's pretty plain and simple, you need glass work done on your car, call Patriot! I had a broken GMC truck windshield, called around to see what was out there, Patriot, hands down, offers the best service at a competitive price that included mobile service. They came to my work, popped my window and replaced it. All I had to do was greet the installer at my truck and sign for payment when it was done. GREAT! I went to them because they had such great reviews and was not disappointed. I got my windshield fixed a month ago, I had a crack from one end to the other, they came to my house and fixed it in about an hour. Super nice workers, friendly and professional. I accidentally told them the wrong year of my car and they happily ordered the right windshield when I told them the correct year a few days after. Recently had my windshield replaced. They were able to get me in the day after I called. They have a mobile service they provide, but since it was raining they actually came and picked up my car, drove it to the shop, replaced the windshield, and brought it back all for free. They also cleaned the inside of my car! The technician was super friendly and informative. They also paid the sales tax for me since I paid cash for the replacement which saved me about $30. Definitely will be recommending them to all my friends. read more
