Poor customer service, my experience overall was a nightmare. First can lights foamed causing…read morelighting to overheat. Nothing was going to be done until i had to pay for an electrician to verify it was against code and dangerous. The worker doing the foam in basement was supposed o be certified and experienced. Instead my house was a training ground. Disaster, and company basically said too bad we aren't doing anything to fix the situation. Beware as once there is an issue it becomes a blame game and nothing but excuses. Same thing happened to my son's house. The standard answer is it meets industry standards, but looks like a 6 year old with a can of spray foam foaming the basement. Excuse, excuse,excuse now i have more expense to cover it. Company takes no steps to customer satisfaction. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Not to mention i have had it done in January and have seen absolutely no savings . Fly by night, come into town, sell fast and back out of the area taking no responsibility for shoddy work.
