You check in then they will call the person back to get them ready. It was an hour before they actually took for procedure. Absolutely nicest nurse Shannon, i believe,and everyone else too! When you go back through door for procedure area it's got numerous sections curtained off. You can tell they get you in and out. Our appt was at 11:45 and I think they are done for day around 3. It's…read morebrand new, state-of-the art, with cutting edge technology and beautiful rooms and common areas. My dad spent the summer in ICU, the hospital, and then skilled nursing. We were just hoping to get him to a great rehabilitation facility and get him better enough to come home. We reached out to Brooke at this facility and she worked hard to find him an available bed and get it approved by insurance and Medicare. I started calling her on Monday, and by Monday afternoon she had gotten it all set up, including the required medical transport. She made it so easy and smooth. That was the beginning of our contact with the staff there, and every other interaction has been similar. Smart, capable people who want to make a difference. Since my dad has arrived here (and he's only been here for two days) he is already like a different person. He is clear-headed, eating better thanks to the wonderful food here. He's had a series of increasingly uncomfortable beds all summer; the first text he sent me after his first night here was: "Bed fabulous, slept great, breakfast incredible." I felt like that was the start of a new beginning for my dad. As far as facilities go, it's increible. The huge PT gym is full of brand-new, high-end equipment. There is speech therapy and occupational therapy in addition to PT. My dad is busy from 9A-11:30A and then from 1P-5:30P, all in the name of getting better. Two different doctors came to visit yesterday evening, in addition to a litany of nurses, therapists, aides, and techs. I can't remember the last time he had this many people checking on him, following up, and taking care of him. Honestly, it was probably in ICU. This place has set the bar for me, and for all my loved ones. I will now not be able to accept anything less. Thank you to Brooke for getting us in, and thank you to the entire team helping my dad get better. We are ready to have him home!

The check in process was seamless and easy, the service was prompt and kinds, and my appointment started on time. Which is worth so much considering how much time gets wasted waiting on the doctor. I did not like that they did not let me go back with my minor child, but I understand the reason. Overall, the experience was great and I hope that if I ever need this service again I am referred here.

At check in, the front office staff were very professional and efficient. When the nurse took us back, she put us in a surgery waiting room and two hours later-still waiting and never checked on, we hear others, that came in after us-being checked on, the anesthesiologist and doctors discussing the procedures with them and taking them back. They were so over booked, but yet the others waiting were all being checked on, while we were forgotten about. Our daughter is 6, she has had tubes in her ears and a T&A and we were never treated that way. We ended up leaving. We did not trust our child's care, to medical professionals who left us in a room for two hours, did not check on us and saw every other person who had checked in after we did. I do not recommend their facility, not for a child and especially not for any special needs child.

Thre are bookshelves (take one leave one) and puzzles (community) everywhere. What I didn't realize at first, is this was the waiting room. That's because they don't walk out and shout your name like most places. Instead they mark what you're wearing/your characteristics so the nurse can come approach you one on one to come back to see the doctor. All the staff I've encountered has been so helpful and genuinely caring, spending all the time you need to explain every detail. Dr. Moxley has been a life saver. Figuratively and literally. Also... that cafeteria is delicious, which may seem trivial, but that means a whole lot when you're spending hours on end in a place. Gouda mac and cheese for the win!!

I've suffered from bipolar disorder my whole life. I have been miserable my whole life. Medication…read morenever helped. I learned about the infusions and told my psychiatsrist. She looked into it and kept trying to find me options. She got brochures for the oklahoma ketamine center, and I just had my 6th infusion. Every infusion I felt different. Sometimes sad, Sometimes happy due to neurons reconnecting. But this is the first time in my life i have felt relief from bipolar depression. The clinic is clean and the staff are so nice. Please don't be afraid if you have disorders and struggle with them. These infusions don't work for everyone. But I found it to be a miracle that big pharma couldn't do.
