They said they knew how to exclude bats but each person they sent was less knowledgeable than the last. They came without ladders to assess, without a shop vac to clean, and they did not listen to what we said about where the bats were. Plus, the personnel kept changing so we had to start over every month. We asked for our money back and were told "of course!" 27 phone calls later (I am not exaggerating) and two letters plus multiple emails, we have finally received most of our money. $3500 from $4000. But it took three years and we still have bats!!
