I found out the day we were suppose to be at the house we didn't have a working toilet. We were not due to arrive until 2am. I contacted them the day we were to arrive and asked them if they could install the toilets I had purchased. On their way to our house someone ran into their truck! Their truck was towed and they got a lift to their shop to pick up another truck. Instead of them cancelling on us, they came to our rescue. Even after a tramatic accident of them getting hit, they made a point to be at our house to get the toilets operational for us. No excuses, just pure dedication! We were having quartz countertops installed the following day and needed them to install the faucets. At a moments notice the countertop guys had to turn off all the water because the utility sink valve would not shut off. Jeannie and Doug came right over to the house changing out the valve and making sure all was working for us. The following day they came back out to the house and installed all the faucets as well as all new hoses and valves and did another check to make sure all was working. We can't thank them enough for their dedication, hard work, honesty and friendly service. We will ONLY have Jeannie & Doug doing our plumbing from here on out!!!
