No one should spend $12,652 on a water system only to have it fail in less than a year and then struggle to get help. We trusted this company, and we feel completely let down. My contractor noticed a number of flaws in the installation of the water softener, which made it more likely that a leak will occur in the future as well as a number of other concerns which were highlighted in a written report of the work done to address Kevin's sub par installation of the water softener. My contractor was so concerned that he wondered if Kevin had a plumbing license and strongly advised me to report it to the ROC. I got a second opinion from my plumber and he agreed that the quality of installation was unacceptable for a company that charges a premium price. Given the severity of the costs I had to absorb in order to fix an already expensive purchase/installation, I can't in good faith trust this store to handle any more of my future water treatment needs.

I chose Culligan because this franchise is located here in Central Arizona, the staff was very responsive to my needs, the price was reasonable. Everything seemed to fit perfectly in the research, sales and installation of our water softener system. I highly recommend this system as it will reduce wear on your plumbing, and appliances.
