Great experience from pumping to having our drain field replaced. Every person we dealt with was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We had a lot of concerns since we've been babying our system for 6 years since starting to fail. They were so confident and explained the whole process, the difference in the new systems vs old, and even setup to use the old once it dries up if we want. Septic work is messy, no matter what there is always clean up and work to make everything "pretty" again. But for their work, they did a fantastic job. Worked extremely hard and efficient and even spent additional time leveling out the work area along with other unleveled areas throughout the yard. I did not get a second bid as their price was lower than my expectation and I felt very comfortable with their abilities and knowledge. For the work they performed, the value was extremely high. I called Sam last night to get an estimate for a service call. We had our filter clogged up and we had sewage coming back into our home. He recommended a few things since it was after hours and then he showed up at 7am the next morning and fixed the problem quickly. He was professional and knowledgeable. He even gave us some tips on what we need to do to update our septic system (because it's old) In case we ever want to sell our home. I have already saved his number in my phone ok. Wonderful business! These men, Samuel being one, were awesome. Fast, efficient and POLITE. Emptied the septic tank and had the equipment at the cabin for additional root removal within an hour. All completed in a matter of 2 hrs. Supplied photos of part of the problem, explained everything in full. When called the office, apptmt. was the following morning. It was such a pleasure doing business with these guys. We had an emergency over the Thanksgiving holiday with a house full of guests. They were out within hours and had everything fixed with minimal disruption. We also found out that the last company who came out a year ago only pumped one side of our septic tank which led to these issues.
