I needed repairs on two separate toilets. I explained what I thought was wrong with toilet #1 and Shaun confirmed and then explained how he would fix it. I told him what was happening with toilet #2 and he was able to see the issue and explain to me why it was happening and how he would fix it. I was impressed. He then gave me the cost for both toilet repairs, immediately got to work after my approval and was done and out in no time at all. My toilets are working just fine now. The contact person was very nice and helpful and I really appreciated her getting someone to my house so fast. I can't say enough nice things about Shaun. They wouldn't take a check while they were at the house but gladly slapped an extra fee to run a credit card when that's the only option on their online system.
