Our AC wasn't working and I called who ive known for a couple of years and has always been an honest guy who is always willing to help others. He came out today on a Saturday. I told him no rush but he genuinely wanted to help and came out as soon possible. They were able to get the AC going and were very professional and knowledgable about the work they do. Our HVAC had went out again, Cole had been trying his best to get us a little more life out of it or really just buy us some more time. I called him and he came out right away to check it out, I asked him his honest opinion and I know I can trust them for sure because they could have sold me something previously but were trying to help and if anyone knows Cole Duncan and his family, they know they can trust him...they are great folks! He said he thinks its time to try and replace it because it was really just throwing money away at this point and likely it would be out again during the summer. The unit was 18 years old(along with our house) so it was time. You could tell he cared alot and genuinely wanted what was best for us and our budget. They offered financing on a new unit(Trane XR17 System with a XL824 Thermostat) at 0% and really the energy savings along after reading up on it will make a huge difference to offset some of the cost. Cole was on it...one of the hardest working men I know. He knew I was working late and offered to come meet me to get things started after work, he was very informative about the products and explained everything clearly for us. After everything was set up...they started working on it right away and showed up right on time as they said they would. Nick was also one installing and was nothing but professional and friendly, highly knowledgable about his work. I had absolutely no hesitations of leaving my house while they were there. After everything was complete, they are so passionate about there work and take pride in what they do big time! Cole was really eager to show us the way the new system works and the technology that it has. They actually surprised us by redoing some of the ducts and resealing them better for us, it looks VERY professional! So many green flags stood out- they're a local family-owned business and you can tell they genuinely care about their reputation and their customers.
