Total scam business…read more Contracted with him to design a kitchen to include design plans, structural design work to remove a bearing wall, and design front and rear porch with steps. From the get go, plan dimensions were wrong and never verified in the field, cabinet sizes were not standard and to the height we selected. We even told him the sizes we wanted. Being a retired carpenter by trade, I knew what I was talking about. The owner said he was a registered architect in Kentucky when he was not, nor registered in Florida. He has no structural engineer that works for him either. Architectural and engineering plans, along with a building permit that was to take eight weeks total was still in a schematic phase after seven weeks. He blamed me for a difficult design and that was why the time took so long. Problem was he didn't know how to design cabinets. For example, he called for a standard sink base cabinet which is 36" to be 37". Other base cabinets in plan were not standard sizes and had multiple filler strips attached. Poor design. What took him seven weeks to attempt to design was done by a local cabinet store in five hours. When I complained and wanted money back I was told my $4500 dollars was non refundable as per my contract. Now I have to take him to court to try to get my money back. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This was nothing but a scam business with no experience. I tried to resolve this amicably with him but all I was told is money is non-refundable. See you in court Donathan Sweat, SR.

You can tell they are passionate about what they do and helping others. My family and I are so grateful for Darryl James and his team at Hunter Claims! I experienced damage to our home and I followed the process of reporting it to my home insurance company. My home insurance company kept insinuating that the problem was caused by flooding when I continuously said no, it wasn't. They denied and closed my claim without even sending anyone out to gather any evidence to back up the denial. After feeling lost, stressed out, heightened anxiety and defeated by my home insurance company that I have never reported a claim to before. I was given the contact information to Darryl James. I called him immediately. He asked me what was going on and scheduled a time for him to come out to review my damages to my home. Darryl came to my home and reassured me that he and his team will do everything that they can to make this right for my family and I. It was almost like he was our attorney but for home insurance. I never knew his role or company ever existed!. In a way I'm glad this happened because I found such a phenomenal company that truly has the front and backs for their customers when your own insurance company shuts you out! When Darryl called and said he got the home insurance company to reopen and payout on the claim, I was in tears! It was tears of relief, tears of joy, tears of being heard and understood! Darryl helped my family in the most crucial time and our gratitude runs deep for him and Hunter claims. Thank you Darryl! A million times infiniti!
