Second time I have used Patriot and second time I've been impressed. They power washed my house, my concrete, and my solar panel array. They also washed my windows, inside and out (including the tracks). It looks beautiful and I feel good every time I walk outside! Now they are restraining my windows! Last time they did the windows, they did hard water spots and the difference was night and day! John and Joe were friendly and polite, taking the time to point out problems and concerns to me. John is one great guy I love how he listens to the requests I give him, I would ask other window cleaners to do projects a certain way they would always say ok but that's not what I would see when all said and done. Two windows from the inside/outside were missed and the tracking was missed in three windows and the tracking was poorly cleaned in the remaining windows. We rescheduled a time for them to return to finish the job. At the time of the call, they confused my payment for another that bounced, which added to the unpleasant experience. On the date of the reschedule, they called to postpone due to a shortage of workers at the end of the time frame they provided and were expected. They said they would come by sometime next week until asked to move this job - one already paid for - up the priority list. I expected more in regards to professionalism and attention to detail and would not rehire. read more
