I was quoted $300 for this service.I messaged Bryan about the floor and baseboards, since we recently painted the home ourselves, some paint got on the floor and baseboard's and I wanted to know if there was something his crew could do. Bryan reassured me they would use a chemical to get it off and I felt good about it until the day of service, because there was more work than anticipated by his team, they wanted to charge an additional $150. I was okay with the new total $450 since I had the money and I hoped everything that was asked would be handled. After His team Patricia and Henry did an amazing job with the job, My only complaint was that they did not get the paint off the floor or baseboards in my living room. I noticed the floor was mopped and the the baseboards wiped but the paint was there still. I messaged Bryan to let him know this happened and was curious why they did not get the paint off especially since I paid an additional $150 for that. After some exchanged messages , he did call me to let me know that they did use the chemical to remove the paint from the bathroom baseboard but some paint was lifting from the wall and they did not want to damage the baseboard, floor or wall. Though I appreciate the call and explanation, the other area such as the floor and living room baseboards, I found I was able to scratch it off. His team did not seem prepared upon arrival when I showed them the areas I wanted focus on. I felt that there was lack of communication on Bryan end with them about the paint. I also did not like him messaging to tip the staff( I did tip them since they did a great job with everything else ) but If Im paying for a service, there shouldn't be any expectation for tips. I feel that for the future of this company, they should see the property or at least get pictures before giving a flat rate price and also letting the customer know in advance that if they ask about paint removal or any additional work, prior to the day of service , they should be notified of additional costs. Overall the job is for the larger areas are done. Bryan crew, Patricia and Henry did a great job getting the place cleaned. Bryan is quick to respond, good communication, I was able to use Zelle and I did appreciate the phone call to explain what happened with the service.

The first time I attempted to light a stove burner, it wouldn't light. This is what I found under the burner. Dust hanging from, and dirt on the baseboard under a cabinet. Dirt on the floor immediately after they left. There was a lot more, but I was already limping from taking photos. A windowsill. Again, I don't feel like limping to them all, to take photos. I haven't checked, because I can't pull the couch or futon out to see if anyone got behind and under them. Floor in front of the freezer, and a bread tie. Left sliding door track. Right track. Sliding door frame. See where our cat likes to rub against the light switches, wall and door frame? Silverware and spatula drawers. I suggested the inserts could go in the dishwasher, but an owner noted they'd not fit. This was seen during the walk through. When they came to clean, I mentioned it again, and again was told they'd not fit. I "think" I said they could be hand washed. Why would you not offer to wash them in the sink for an extra $20? Or just wipe them out?! They took them out to clean BENEATH them. How do I know? Everything was rearranged. I highly encourage taking pictures before removing items from a cupboard or cabinet. Cast iron skillets are HEAVY. They were in one cabinet but when they were done, some were in another along with our stainless-steel pots and pans. And in front of the stainless-steel pots and pans. Update: 5:14:'25. Kelsey asked that I call her to discuss the issues. I did. Had she started with an apology, our conversation may have been different, and my review updated with a thank you for a clean house. Instead she started by telling me I should have called before posting a horrible review. I do thorough and honest reviews. Check other reviews I've done. Masters Auto body repair, AT&T phone store, Valley psychiatry. I've done 22 reviews on both google reviews and yelp. You get a 5 star review or a 1. What's the point of three stars? Long winded, raving, above and beyond, reviews or a review like this. YOU deserve to know what I perceive to be a job done poorly. That's what they're for. She said they don't put things in the dishwasher. They're dividers for silverware. Wash them by hand! Wipe them down! Tell me it'll cost me another $20. She wanted to discuss correcting those issues. Had she started with an apology I would have been open. Why not start by discussing the sliding door tracks, those MASSIVE cobwebs, windowsills, the counter, under the stove burners, dust hanging from cupboards and cabinets, the area under the UPS's, the light switches, and the floor? Instead, I was almost made to feel it was all MY fault. She said they don't take things out of cupboards and put them back. How, prey tell, did the iron skillets get relocated? They do, and DID pull things from the cupboards because they are ALL rearranged. I watched them start. She told me the iron skillets WERE put back where they got them from. During the conversation I think I got three words in before being interrupted and talked over.

I took some time to really consider whether or not I wanted to write this review. Andrew, the…read moreowner, was very eager and motivated to earn my fiancé's and my business. He initially quoted us $950 for a "deep cleaning" plus carpet cleaning, then later texted and lowered the price to $750. The job was to deep clean a newly purchased home that we were moving into. The house had not been lived in for about 8 months, but it was fairly clean since it had been actively shown. It was not dirty. The entire reason for hiring a deep cleaning service was so I would not have to worry about cleaning ANYTHING before moving in. Andrew arrived with 2-3 other cleaners to clean an almost 2,000 sq ft home and finished in approximately 3-4 hours, including carpet cleaning. In hindsight, that should have been a red flag. During the walkthrough, we pointed out several things that were missed such as dead bugs inside window tracks, dust above cabinets, stair railings and banisters, and cobwebs. Andrew addressed those items on the spot without any issue. However, once we started moving in and unpacking, we quickly realized how much had actually been missed. We were told that a "deep clean" meant EVERYTHING. IT WAS INDEED NOT. The entryway was untouched and full of dust. The master bathroom window and window sills were not cleaned. The master closet shelves were filthy and clearly never wiped down. The storage drawer beneath the stove was disgusting. I used multiple Clorox wipes just to get it clean. Under the bathroom sink was sticky from the previous owner and had not been cleaned at all. None of the tubs even appeared to have been cleaned. My fiancé reached out to Andrew, and he offered to come back two days later. By that point, even more missed areas had surfaced. I ended up cleaning everything myself, which completely defeated the purpose of paying $750 for a deep clean. I couldn't delay unpacking or bathing children just to wait for another visit. My fiancé contacted Andrew again regarding the additional issues, and he issued a partial refund of $250 via Apple Pay. I chose this company because the majority of Yelp reviews were very positive. I did notice some negative reviews but assumed they were outliers. Unfortunately, our experience aligned more with those. This review is not about Andrew personally. He was polite, positive, and had a great attitude. This is about the lack of a true DEEP CLEANING. Overall, I am deeply disappointed that we chose to go with this company.
