Two of the removals were particularly high-risk due to how close they were to my house and the neighbors. The crew was incredibly skilled, using climbers and a picker truck while being careful to keep all equipment on the driveway or road rather than driving on the lawn. They were extremely cautious, using ropes to hoist down all large branches and even the heavy trunk sections to ensure everything stayed controlled and safe. They were also proactive about oak wilt, spraying all the stumps immediately after cutting. This is an honest, family-run business that is licensed, insured, and very reasonably priced. They even coordinated with my neighbors for property access and cleaned up every bit of debris. I would definitely hire them again!

D & T gave us an estimate last year to take out two rows of trees last summer. we were told the…read morestumps would be grinders down and everything would look great. the trees were taken down but they left the stumps behind. I called them several times last year each time I was given a new excuse as to why the stumps could not be ground down. This year the stumps were sprouting new branches. I had a portion of the fence removed so they could get their grinder in the yard. Then they tried to say I had to take the entire fence down. I told them that was not a part of the deal when they bid the job they needed to get rid of the stumps regardless. he sent the guy with the grinder back and he proceeded to make a mess of my entire yard I have huge holes all over both sides of my back yard with deep trenches extending six feet beyond the trees taken out They did nothing to level the ground. When I tried to speak with him about the quality of his work he just waved at me and left .They left a huge mess! When the guys came to replace the fence they ran into more stumps on the other side that sound have been removed belonging to the trees they took out. Now I keep getting text messages about service dates when I called back to ask if they were coming back to fill I. The holes and even out the ground they said they would only return for new tree service. I am a 65 year old woman they left me a mess far too big for me to deal with and quite frankly a hazardous an dangerous yard. .

Chris came out a few days later and we went over the project details. He gave me the estimate right on the spot. Which doesn't seem to be very common anymore. I found the price for the work to be very reasonable and put my 50% down the next morning. To my surprise they started the work just a few days later with getting the top soil brought in to level the grade. The following afternoon they brought the bricks for the flower bed and knocked that out in about 4 hours. They did a good job, they guys were super nice and you could tell they take pride in their work. I would also like to note that Sarah kept in constant contact with me. If the guys were running a bit behind. I would get a message from her letting me know. I truly appreciate a company who cares enough to keep you in the loop and communicate with their customers at all times. I will be using this company again next spring for a larger landscaping project in my backyard. Their quality of work and fair prices put this company ahead of the others I have tried. Now I just need to figure out what I'm going to plant in my new awesome flower bed. !

What a fantastic job they did! This company has trimmed my bushes two or three times prior to today and I will continue to use them and recommend them. In addition to the bushes in the backyard, this company was able to shape up my small trees in the front yard. They are not a tree company but they have enough tools to make my front yard look fantastic. They also cleaned up all of the trimmings and took them away. Made arrangements for someone to come out on Wednesday 11/05 at 5pm for a quote. At my request, they agreed to going out there on his own (without me being there) and said, "Sounds good ill get you typed up in my system and ill be out Wednesday around 5pm and once I havr everything typed up ill email the estimate over to the email you provided." On the morning of the 11/05, I sent a follow up message to confirm he was coming out for the quote. I received a message, "I got your message on fb yes we are still on for 5pm this afternoon." No one came out that day. The next morning I received a message from Amanda K. that stated, "Aaron gave you a call yesterday afternoon to confirm that you were at your new home. He didnt get an answer or call back and we dont come out unless we have a confirmation call. Would you like him to come out this afternoon?" I messaged back and said yes and that I had a confirmation text from yesterday, that he was informed we would not be there and he could go any time. I included a screenshot of the confirmation. Amanda then both texted me an apology and called me apologizing for the confusion and saying that she will send someone out that afternoon. At 4:32 pm that day, Amanda texted me and said "Aaron is about an hour away and will be calling." I texted back that I was out of work at 5:45 p.m. No response until yet another text from Amanda stating, "Aaron did call while he was at the house. A received no answer. I understand that you where at work. Sorry we were not able to provide you with a quote for our services. I hope you are able to find another company." Stunned, I messaged yet again and asked what on earth was happening and Amanda messaged that they are a "we are a small business and I have to keep a schedule in the afternoons as we only have limited daylight I could not have home wait until 5:45 for a phone call." What?? We already agreed to a written quote four days ago? Absolute lack of customer service - it must be nice to reach the level of success that you can treat potential clients who are planning to pay $8k+ for services so haphazardly. Zero communication and failure to follow through on what was agreed upon.
