Robert responded and came out giving a fair quote. His team showed up earlier than expected and got right to work. Great teamwork from 5 very hard working and very friendly team members. I was amazed at the strength of what they were lifting. I didn't give 5 star because when Robert gave me the quote, I pointed out I wanted all dead maple branches hanging over garage removed. After crew left the dead branches still there do I called to have job completed. Reason for not trimming is that it would weaken tree and may fall. So trim both sides right? It's the only reason I had maple trimmed. I'm sure entire branch didn't need to come down but the dead branches are at the ends of the branch. I should have been told at time of quote. I would have had options. An ice storm will break it off. I moved 20 pots away from area but crew needed to move farther away to allow for truck and leader said they'd put back when finished. Not put back. The workers deserve 5 stars but this is for the entire project outcome. If you say it then do it. read more

Having found some ads in a local flyer, I researched the best deal and Amezola was the company I am so glad on choosing. We got a free estimate by a very sincere and honest estimator and we were given a date of the service in advance. The whole crew came early and the 18 trees and several stops were gone by 1 PM. The workers were very considerate of the house for some trees are very close by and we're very large. They are experts at their craft and the yard we now have is so beautiful. I would give them 10 stars if I could. This was the second time I had Amezola here for tree services and couldn't be more satisfied. I had 2 huge trees that required trimming and 2 stumps that needed grinding. Robert gave me a great price and the crew he sent out was very polite, professional, accommodating, answered all my questions, and knew exactly what they needed to do and got right to work. They communicated with me on what they were doing the entire time. They guaranteed me my satisfaction and I got it. The job was completed in just over 2 hours. They cleaned up thoroughly and my property is so clean nobody would know they had ever been here. I am so happy I can now mow without having to struggle with the mower around the stumps and my fall cleanup when the leaves start falling will be super easy. I will definitely call Amezola if these 2 trees need trimming again. They took down trees and cleaned up OK, but if they do damage to your property, don't count on them to make it right.

Came out when they said for an estimate and the price was under what I expected. Job was a large maple in the back yard which hung over my neighbors yard. Because of the layout, had to be hand cut (no boom lift). With about 6 or 7 guys on the job, they were done, including stump grinding and clean up, in just under 4 hours. Wild flurry of activity the whole time. Really good job and could not ask for more. read more

Honestly if I could give absolutely no stars then I would. Robert (The owner) and the Amezola tree service has to be the most unprofessional, ignorant, and clueless company that I have ever dealt with, and I'm an Architect and a Builder. So I deal with contractors on a daily basis. I used their service for my own personal house, for starters, he promised us that the job would be done in 2 weeks from the quote date, well he forgot about us and our project, so it was extended a week later. They finally came out, but they came out earlier than we agreed on that day, which usually isn't a problem, but unfortunately that left my wife and I unable to make it to the appointment, so they went about the work anyway. Thinking they had a complete understanding of what the scope of the project was, unfortunately they fell way short of my expectations. When I came home that night, I found myself to be very displeased with the quality of worked that was performed. Thankfully I didn't pay them at that time, so I got in touch with their secretary to voice my displeasure. After a series of conversations, Robert ( the owner) calls me and was very unprofessional over the phone, he swore at me, and said I didn't know what I was talking about...(again Im a builder and an Architect....so ya I DONT KNOW?), and then continued to put blame on me and my wife for the miss communication, and that is was our fault for not being there at the time, even after we agreed and made him aware that we were unable to come until late. His response was, " I can't come out when its convenient for you." ---Excuse me? Last I checked, I was paying you, so you better come out when its convenient for me...... After going back and forth arguing with Robert, they finally came back out, again when it was inconvenient for me......because " I can't come out when its convenient for you." So I had my father out at the site to give direction (because cutting down a tree is rocket science apparently). he continued to try and bull shit my father saying certain things about the job that just wasn't true, but Robert apparently felt like he could take advantage of us. After negotiations, he "finished the work" but then he still left half a tree limb still connected to the tree from which we wanted everything removed...but claimed "he couldn't" because it would cause the tree to get a disease? This company and Robert specifically is the most unprofessional, clueless and ignorant person and company have ever dealt with, and I will recommend him to absolutely no one in my discipline. read more

This company removed a tree from my neighbors yard and in doing so trespassed on to my property. Along with trespassing, they also damaged my property and refused to fix it! The girl who answers phones claims she doesn't know her bosses name. When googling the company I found the owner on Facebook with his phone number posted so I called and he denied they caused damage and Said my neighbor should have asked my permission to enter my yard. Came out for a quote it was the best of 3 quotes. A crew of 7 showed up the time they quoted and removed 2 trees. One was a 40-50 ' maple and the other was 25' spruce. All of the work including clean up and stump grinding was finished in just over 1 hour. I would recommend this company to anyone. Best price and service. read more

Absolutely horrible company! Dishonest, unfair and extremely unprofessional. They were cutting a tree down across from our home. A giant branch fell, hitting the electric wires. The wires and metal from the pole fell onto our son's car windshield, breaking it. The weight from the tree hitting the electric wires, actually tore our meter and wires from the back of our home. Thank God no one was hurt or killed! We immediately notified the worker cutting the tree and another worker. We also talked with the supervisor/owner (Robert). A worker came over and looked at the damage and told us to be careful. Robert said that he would come and take a look the following day but never arrived. After several texts and phone calls, he told us to leave him alone because he was busy with more important things. He offered us $100 to leave him alone, claiming that his company did not do the damage. There are pictures and video to prove it. We also have several witnesses. The company was sent a certified letter to which they never answered. They claim to be fully insured; however, the incident was never reported to the insurance company? Hmmm...... Not to mention, this company is in a woman's name. It is not in Robert's name. Why hasn't she addressed the situation? It is a shame that a neighborhood company would treat a local neighbor this way. Not a great way to build positive feedback. This company will be reported to the State and the Better Business Bureau. Their prices are reasonable but job incomplete They were paid to cut down a tree in front yard and remove so another tree could be planted. I thought they did an excellent job until I discovered they left the roots. I have called them several times and they say they are coming out, it has been 3 weeks and they have not removed the roots.
