I had asked Rick to check everything including the slack adjusters the brake chambers everything. I dropped the trailer off for multiple days. I came back to pick up my trailer. Marshall's Truck Repair had replaced 2 bearings. 4 slack adjusters. A seal and a gasket. I paid $1,350.43. The tandems were sliding as they were prior (with and empty trailer). But as soon as we loaded the trailer, brakes would not hold while sliding tandems. I immediately called Rick to complain that my complaint was not fixed! He said bring it back and we will look at it again. I could not bring it back as we only travel through Wyoming very very seldom. Then i took my trailer to a Utility dealership with the same complaint, "brakes wont hold while sliding tandems while loaded". Utility technicians found that the slack adjusters that were installed were not the right ones. They were not even lining up with the clevis when your braking, so the push rod is not allowing the slack adjuster to adjust my brakes causing bad brake wear or lack thereof. I also now need new brake chambers. Also an improper quantity of grease was used. The grease was sticking to the walls causing improper operation of the wheel end oil seal. My trailer was incorrectly diagnosed by Marshall's Truck Repair. Then they installed the incorrect parts. I called Rick and emailed him a detailed description of what is going on but he would not get back to me. Then i called again and he would finally speak with me over the phone. Rick says that i requested to replace the slack adjusters, which i did not, my request was to diagnose and repair "brakes wont hold while sliding tandems". Even with all the supporting documents photos and evidence Rick is not going to make it right for the customer. Instead Rick chooses to blame the customer for his shop's lack of professionalism. Rick Marshall is the owner, part of being the boss is accepting mistakes and making them right. Guys be aware of this shop, go somewhere else. Go some place you can trust with your equipment. This business is dirty. They will just throw unnecessary also INCORRECT parts at your equipment at YOUR expense and will not own up to anything done wrong. I lost out on $1,350.43 and more because now i have to pay a different shop to repair my trailer correctly with the correct parts. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP they are PREDATORY they will give you a headache and make you loose money. ZERO trust ZERO customer service, its a mom and pop shop, NOT DEPENDABLE at all.

This shop is obviously good because it's busy! They weren't able to see me immediately, BUT- Hubert at Rock Springs Auto Repair was kind enough to let me use his grease gun and stethoscope and we isolated the problem to the ball joint and got it ready to keep rolling. Thank you Hubert! You're a good guy.

We drove in from the West Coast to spend a week in Rock Springs; as soon as we got here, we noticed…read moreour truck leaking oil from the rear differential. We were pretty concerned, as we only have a few days to look around, and in Wyoming you need a good vehicle to do so. So we checked online last night at about 4:30pm which was dicey in itself because they close at 5. But we drove down there anyway to talk with them, and even as they were closing, they were able to make a spot for us this morning 8/28/25. We got there at 8am and before we could ask, Kira at the front desk offered to find us a ride back to our hotel. We gratefully accepted! The owner Rick gave us a ride and after talking for a few minutes, we felt very comfortable with both him and his establishment. He assured us that they would do everything in their power to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. Right after 9am, we got a call from them, letting us know they found the issue and would start fixing it right away. So we took a short walk around our hotel's neighborhood and not long after we came back, the phone rang again. They had fixed our truck and it was ready! It wasn't even noon yet! We were very impressed. And Rick came back to pick us up at our hotel to get our truck. Many thanks to everyone involved; Rick, Kira and shop mgr Jay, plus the mechanics who worked so efficiently to get us going again! You guys have definitely earned another customer- when we relocate out here we have about seven vehicles including two car show classics that will need maintenance. Much gratitude and respect, Cindy and Norm

My RV was leaking Radiator fluid like rain and we were breaking down at I-80 & Ex. 68 or Little America, Wy. I got on the phone looking for RV repair and no one wanted to touch it. Plus Good Sam Platinum pack is not with the paper it's printed on. (another review and they won't like it) So I called Rocky Mt. Diesel Truck guys across the parking lot from Little America RV park, Wolfgang and crew came to my rescue. It was able to be fixed the next AM by ANDY, a really great mechanic and person. Andy was understanding about my rush to get back due to my Father-in-Law heading into hospice, why I am in a rush. He fixed the hose clamp and we are good to roll. They don't work on RV's, I was just lucky to find people with some compassion to get a horse photographer back on the road. Many thanks, Kim Cook www.ishoothorses.com

Again stay away from this shop.
