i think that the service there is absolutely awful, first off the people there are not respectful…read morein anyway shape or form, they are so rude to each other and swear like it's the only thing they know how to say. i find it disgusting and disrespectful when all i hear when getting a service, is that someone wants to do nasty things to someone else family and hearing it being shouted makes me never want to go in there. and don't forget about the time that the lady who was telling the car to come out led him out wrong and made the car run into the building? hello people are we not seeing a problem here why didn't she get in trouble. is she on something that made her not lead the car out right?? i feel like if you are working in an auto body shop you should know what to do and what not to do is pretty common sense if someone tells you not to do something and you repeatedly do it anyways because you don't care to listen and you think you know absolutely everything well check again, last i checked i wanted to leave with a working vehicle not a car that's broken and i have to put grands of money into it just for it to run normal again i didn't ask for you to break it but that person doesn't get in trouble they still continue to go to work and fuck up the same exact things everyday but not be in trouble, sometimes i just wonder if people like this have common sense or if there brains are the size of a peanut, or maybe they just don't have one, if i were you guys i wouldnt want to take my car in there for any service until they can get employees that can actually do there job right and i dont feel like my cars gonna get broke everytime i take it in

We were hunting outside of rock Springs about 45 miles out of town. Our fuel filter started acting…read moreup so we called these clowns. They told us that if we came in they could change the filter. They reassured us that they actually had the filter in stock. We drove all the way in only to arrive and find that they didn't actually have the part. Then they told us if we could go find the part somewhere else, because they were unable to do it, they would be happy to install it. We went to Napa down the street got the filter and came back. When we arrived, they scratched their heads for a bit, and after discussing it, they decided that there was too much liability because they didn't know what to do. These guys are complete clowns. The height of incompetency. Don't waste your time here.

I'm moving across the country and pulled into Rock Springs late last night. To my horror, my…read moresteering was creaking and whining and I wasn't sure if I could keep going. This shop is obviously good because it's busy! They weren't able to see me immediately, BUT- Hubert at Rock Springs Auto Repair was kind enough to let me use his grease gun and stethoscope and we isolated the problem to the ball joint and got it ready to keep rolling. Thank you Hubert! You're a good guy.

We drove in from the West Coast to spend a week in Rock Springs; as soon as we got here, we noticed…read moreour truck leaking oil from the rear differential. We were pretty concerned, as we only have a few days to look around, and in Wyoming you need a good vehicle to do so. So we checked online last night at about 4:30pm which was dicey in itself because they close at 5. But we drove down there anyway to talk with them, and even as they were closing, they were able to make a spot for us this morning 8/28/25. We got there at 8am and before we could ask, Kira at the front desk offered to find us a ride back to our hotel. We gratefully accepted! The owner Rick gave us a ride and after talking for a few minutes, we felt very comfortable with both him and his establishment. He assured us that they would do everything in their power to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. Right after 9am, we got a call from them, letting us know they found the issue and would start fixing it right away. So we took a short walk around our hotel's neighborhood and not long after we came back, the phone rang again. They had fixed our truck and it was ready! It wasn't even noon yet! We were very impressed. And Rick came back to pick us up at our hotel to get our truck. Many thanks to everyone involved; Rick, Kira and shop mgr Jay, plus the mechanics who worked so efficiently to get us going again! You guys have definitely earned another customer- when we relocate out here we have about seven vehicles including two car show classics that will need maintenance. Much gratitude and respect, Cindy and Norm
