With all of these mom and pop style liquor stores, you need to know your prices. You'll find some good deals as well as eye-popping prices on some things. And it's fun to navigate like you're in an expensive corn maze. If you're lucky and look for rare items, you may find something. I got lucky one day and found some Blanton's for sale as part of a "Package". Luckily, I enjoyed some of those additional items I normally wouldn't have purchased. They do have a rewards program so if you go here often, definitely join and you can earn points and save money on a future purchase. Every little bit helps these days. The staff is always great and helpful. They occasionally have samples of something available too. I think I tried a vodka one time and it tasted like vodka. Spot on! This is a great liquor store close to UCF campus. They have some good specialty bourbons as well as the standard liquor you would expect. I was talking to the cashier about different bourbons that were hard for me to find in North Carolina. He let me know that even though there was only two bottles of a particular bourbon on the shelf, he had more in the back. Store owners in North Carolina would never have admitted that. Great place to check out if you're looking for something special. Their prices our standard for a small liquor store like this type. OK, so here is a rip off. Went into the store to buy a cigar in their humidor and there's no pricing on the cigars. You have to walk up to the front desk and get pricing on a single cigar. And of course they're super expensive for really lousy cigars. They say you're not allowed to go in there by yourself. Really? I've been in a 1000 humidors in bars, restaurants and liquor stores by myself and you're allowed to. This is what you call a scam. A rip off. I won't be going back there. read more

For Beer drinkers. Bought a 6 pack, got home popped open a bottle of Bells Christmas Ale, tasted putrid gross beer, to find the bottled on date on the beer was 3 years ago. September of 2021. Returned it for another beer that obviously was bad and had been sitting on the shelf more than what it should be. This one had no bottle date like the Bells did but was just as disgusting. I have no clue what these guys are doing,. but despite the great selection, that's it for me, DONE. I'm going to stick with ABC or Publix. Check your bottled on dates, or any dates you can find on your beer before buying from this place. read more

This liquor store is located in a shopping plaza that has a Publix for its anchor store. It is extremely convenient to the University of Central Florida, so I wouod assume that they get a decent amount of its customers from the University of Central Florida, whether they be students or faculty. The selection is decent and the prices are competitive. Since it is in a shopping plaza, parking is not really an issue. The service is also friendly enough. Pat's Liquor, Leaf & Wine is a good option when needing to grab a bottle or two, whether they be for gifts or personal consumption (or a bit of both). All in all, Pat's Liquor, Leaf & Wine is a good option to head towards. I will give it four stars and woukd recommend it. read more

I had an awful experience with Pat's Liquor Store. My kegs were delivered a whopping 2.5 hours late, this was after I had to call them which is already frustrating enough, because I was hosting my wedding reception with 100 guests waiting around for a drink. To make matters worse, they delivered the wrong kegs - I ordered 2 Michelob Ultras and 1 coors light and they sent 1 Coors, 1 Ulra and 1 Bud Light. The bud light washer was broken and we couldn't even use that keg. When I tried to resolve the situation, Donte, the manager, was absolutely useless. He didn't seem to care at all and didn't offer any solutions. He wouldn't give me the owners name or number so he could help me. To top it off I had to chase them down just to get a refund for the deposit that had been pending for over a week. Terrible service all around - I won't be ordering from here again. read more

Walked in the store to grab a wine bottle before the hurricane Milton hits, the workers are hustling pretty hard and we're pretty nice. The owner, however, has a short temper and you should proceed with caution... we brought a skateboard into the establishment bc we already dropped our cars off at a garage to stay safe from the storm, so this was our only transportation. we set it to the side to grab something from the top of the shelf and a random by stander knocked it over. No bottles broke, nothing was damaged, my board simply got knocked over by a bystander and that was it. The workers come to check it out and dismiss it quickly bc it really was just a simple board drop. The owner however SCREAMED, I wish I was joking, raised his voice over the entire store.. just really unprofessional. i'm not saying in hindsight it wasn't a bad idea to bring in the skateboard in the first place (although it's an eboard with a pretty price tag) however, given that nothing broke, given it wasn't my fault that it got knocked over, and given I would have paid for the bottles broken, I think he could have been more professional about the situation. We apologized profusely and explained it was an accident and if anything was broken, we would pay for it, but he just proceeded to keep screaming in our face for a good 5 minutes... Considering I'd recently had a less than stellar experience at a liquor store across town, I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of whiskey and bourbon available at this shop as well as the layout and cleanliness. We ended up going with Bullit, but saw a ton of other options, including what looked like some specialty bottles, which was a nice surprise. I also appreciated the layout of the bottles, with prices escalating with each row of bottles. It helped me quickly pick through the options with my budget in mind. Quick, easy experience. I special ordered a Victory Golden Monkey keg online two weeks in advance for a party I was throwing tonight (10/28/2016). I called the day before to see if the keg would be in, since I hadn't received a call from them at any point. Pat's wasn't sure if the distributor would be able to have it. Excuse me? Why was that not done two weeks ago when the order was placed? The lady calls me after about 20 minutes, and says the keg will be there in time for my original date around 12 pm. Cool. I asked what the price is, and she says $199.99. The price is $5 more, but still... Cool. Called the BF to send him to go pick up this 1/2 barrel keg and he texts me the price of the Keg is $304.95 Called Pat's and the say the keg is $255. Please explain to me how my keg went up $60 since my conversation with the female employee the night before. I even took a screenshot to show the price. The Guy at the store proceeds to say how they don't even get the keg that cheap, I don't know why the female employee told you it was that cheap and prices have gone up a couple times from our website. So your kegs are now $60 more expensive then what your site says and what was confirmed the day before? Cool. So my BF leaves without the keg, upset, since he's now wasted his gas and time trying to get this keg. Dave calls back and says they could work on the price if the BF comes back. No, we can't come back. We already wasted our time and that should have been brought up while my BF was there and while you had me on the phone. I said if you want us to buy the keg now, it needs to go back down to the $200 price and you need to deliver it our apartment in downtown Orlando. Pat's said they can't deliver that far. And yet, you want us to come back from that far? Save yourself some effort and enjoy better customer service and special orders from Total Wine. read more

I always call and ask if they have a specific beer and they are like "I don't know, we have a pretty big selection" Low and behold, I find it when I go there. It would be really nice to save a trip and speak to a competant person. The manager definitely knows his stuff, but of course he needs to be there. I've been here several times, the staff is always friendly and will answer any questions you might have. The store its self is kinda small but its packed with a wide variety of beer and liquors. The strangest liquor store I've been in. Tons of booze and beer types but only price tags up for a quarter of the shelves. Of that quarter, most don't match up to the products near it if the tag is even a product they sell at all. Random bottles and cans are taken out of random packs all over the store as if theft is a big problem there, but I wouldn't be surprised if the owner is just getting wasted on them all the time because he obviously isn't working too hard on inventory. read more

This place is one of the worst establishments we have ever been in. They have some of the rudest staff I have ever encountered. We voiced our concerns to the girl at the front desk and she literally stated that she did not own the place and she did not care. We then contacted management and they were of no help either. We would highly recommend staying away from Pats liquors unless you like being treated with rude comments and terrible customer service! Pat's Liquor Leaf and Wine started out a few years ago occupying a small nook in the Publix shopping plaza on Alafaya and McCulloch. Since then it has taken over the cranny next to it, expanding into a full sized liquor store. They offer a great selection of liquors, wine and beers, as well as a variety of keg sizes/options. The employees are usually helpful, staffed almost entirely by UCF students in the know. They also sponsor a lot of events around the area at different bars and restaurants. They offer their products at a great price, and definitely have a better selection than the Neighborhood Market liquor store across the street. read more

On one hand, it's nice to have a liquor store with a varied selection over Jack Daniel's, Jim Beam, Smirnoff, etc., etc., (you get the point). Their selection is nice, and their prices are so-so; not necessarily bad enough to complain but not necessarily good enough to make me want to specifically go to Pat's to get my bottle. At the same time, I'm a big whisky drinker. I like a good scotch and bourbon and as many people know, whisk ain't cheap! I do my research on bottle prices, and Pat's is decent. I've gone there a few times to at least browse if not get a bottle or two or a new glass so often. One day I went in to find Ardbeg Corryvreckan advertised for just over $50. I was ecstatic. I grabbed the bottle, walked up to the counter, and the sales guy told me it was over $80. I said there must be something wrong, I went back to where I got it to make sure I was looking in the right place, and sure enough, I was. Also, there wasn't just one bottle sitting in the row under $50, there were about 15-20. If this was simply a mistake in pricing, then it was a BAD mistake in pricing. Very unclear. I tried to explain to the sales associate that it is advertised as just over $50 and there wasn't even a SPOT for the so-called $80-something price so I would at least like to be met halfway. Not only did the guy scoff at me (audibly) but he looked down on me and talked to me like a child. Maybe he thought I was a party bro from UCF, but he thought even the question was an insult. Basically, long story short, false advertising and then treated like a child. Don't care what Pat's selection is, I won't go back. read more

Pat's has a great selection of liquor, wine, beer and cigars. I usually come here to pick up a bottle of rum or whisky because they always have a sale going on for either of the two. Sometimes they throw in a 2L bottle of Coke which is always nice. the staff is friendly and willing to help you find what your looking for.
