Ordered from Pat's for the first time for delivery. They showed up promptly after ordering on the phone. Everyone who ordered enjoyed their food. Their waffle fries (not pictured) were definitely tasty. I personally just got a hoagie, which was good. My biggest complaint was that we asked for a few sides, which we didn't get, although the person on the phone repeated the order back to me. We are usually happy with the food and service but not tonight! A simple mistake, one piece of our order was missing but I didn't realize until I got home. So I called to see if it could be added to an outgoing delivery. Hung up on! Called back hoping it was just disconnected, but nope! Hung up on a second time. I have always looked forward to stopping here for lunch on the way to the beach. I like their cheesesteaks and especially their chicken cheesesteaks . I really never enjoyed the pizza and tonight we had the Italian Stromboli. It was honestly worthy of pats 2 star rating, but I'll give it 3. It is very thick and doughy, not my style and the meats were all chopped really small and I don't even know if there was any cheese inside. Pat's is a chain of pizza shops around the Philadelphia area. I don't think that Pat's is the best pizza place around, but it does have some endearing attributes. First of all, they have a nice selection of lunch specials. Although they recently raised the prices on several of them, I think they still represent a pretty good value and the lunch specials are also offered in the weekend. Their sandwiches are average - I think the quality of the meat that they use for both their chicken and beef cheesesteaks is a little lower quality than many of the other local shops and the amount of meat per sandwich is a little skimpier. However, they do have a nice selection of specialty sandwiches that are made with grilled chicken and ciabatta bread - I really like the Italian chicken myself. Their pizza is thicker and doughier than most other pizza - not quite Sicilian, but definitely thick. One nice touch is that they offer what they call a party pizza. It is a rectangular pizza that comes in two boxes and is listed as 18 slices. When I am having a party for my kids, I will order party pizzas and have then "double cut" the pies, which gives me 36 slices. They are still plenty filling and offer a great value for the dollars paid - definitely the best attribute of this shop. The dining room is pleasant enough, but is stocked with fixed booths, so it is not good for groups or parties that want to be seated together. Its a shame that this place has such bad reviews but, based on what we order its a 4- star for us. Usually on a lazy Sunday and a few bottles of red into the night we can always go for a Special Stromboli, Chicken Cheesesteak, and some Potato Skins. The Stromboli is delicious and Large, leftovers make for a perfect lunch on a dismal Monday afternoon. Chicken cheesesteak is good, and the skins are good. Now to be fair, We've have had better, but this is good for around the area. Bonus points that bumps this from a 3 to 4 start is: 1. Fast delivery 2. Online ordering 3. Pat's reward club (200 pts = 10.00 off next order). We haven't tried their other items, because we stick to what we like. This place has gone downhill from what it used to be. Now you have to order extra cheese on a steak to get a normal amount. Today, they couldn't discern the difference between green and yellow peppers - difficult, I know. I used to be a regular customer (once or twice a week). Last week I spent so money on wing zings and when they were delivered they were less than two inches long. I didn't think it was possible to find wings that small!! Called back and complained and they said they would bring me out a new batch as long as I gave them back the old batch, which I thought was kind of weird. IDK how they managed it but the second batch was actually smaller than the first. I almost thought they brought me boneless wings instead of regular wings. I called back and asked the kid behind the counter to give the owner my name and number and have he or she call me. No one ever bothered to call, so deuces Pat's!! Like another reviewer said it seems like they use lower quality ingredients then some of the other local places like Marinos, Naples and Joes Pizza. The bread isn't as fresh on their sandwiches and sometimes you can tell they toast it just so it isn't stale. The sandwiches aren't packed with a lot of meat either and you never know what you are going to get- for example, on 2 occasions I ordered slices to go and they were burnt, and they were from the corner piece of a square pizza, cut long ways so it was mostly crust. The Pats in Marlton on Route 73 and the one in Swedesboro are MUCH better, that is why I gave this place a try a few times. It's in a convenient location, but never again. The only thing I like is their fries because they are crispy but even there, they are stingy with portion vs other places. One time I went in to grab a bite of fries and couldn't believe the small amount they put in the dish- they have nerve with that they serve sometimes. read more

The food is always good especially the mega fries. Staff is normally friendly as well. Walked in today and even though a "mask required" sign was on the front door. 3 out 5 employees weren't wearing masks. The front cashier had one on and was really polite. There was a blonde woman and 2 male chefs not wearing one. There was then another male chef who was wearing one. The blonde woman was chatting to the two men who were also not wearing masks all while they made food. Since the virus is spread by vapor droplets the last thing I want to see is 3 people chit chatting and laughing while standing over my food. We normally frequent another pizza place and everyone has masks on so there should be no reason that Pat"s staff can't do it too. read more

First thing was the telephone number on the menu was for Paulsboro. Didn't know that when I ordered as it said Mullica Hill. Needless to say it was not ready when we went to pick it up. They had to call Paulsboro to cancel that order. Now to the food. Ordered 1 slice of pizza, Small mix cheese sub and a large Sicilian sub. Pizza was good. I would try it again. Cheese sub had exactly 3 slices of cheese on it, tons of large chunks of onions and lettuce and 1 slice of tomato (core and all ) Italian sub was no better with little meat. So, it is a pizza shop, so go there if you like pizza and stay away from everything else. read more

Since the Covid cooties started, I've been trying to support local businesses. And this is definitely one to support. I've ordered from them several times and the food is always hot, delicious and arrives quickly. The South Philly pizza is the BEST cheesesteak pizza we've ever had - and I'm from South Philly - we were actually mad we only got a medium! Also love their white pie and sandwiches. The waitress was really nice and accommodating when we dined in (before the apocalypse l) and their drivers are always nice and respectful of social distancing. Highly recommend!! read more

Grew up in the area when this place first took over the old nifty fifties location we've all long forgotten, the food was of superior quality it was the new good spot in town. The food at Pat's has gone down in quality. Every time I order a club sandwich I find that the bread is dusty (hold it up to the sunlight and you'll see it covered). I've complained about it and nothing is ever done (been this way for over a year now). I'm going to assume they store it out in the open. The chicken cheesesteak tastes like pure salt, they always ignore my requests for NO SALT. The pizza is better from other places. Just overall bad on everything. Horrible. Management needs to be replaced. Customer service = 0. Management could not offer me the 10% online order discount when their online system was down, and I was apparently stupid for even asking. It was very late, and stupid as I am, ordered anyway. Greek yogurt had apparently melted and was then refrozen. Toppings were wrong, and a side was missing. Called back and no one answered the phone. I don't know what the rest of the chain is like, but unless I move, I will NEVER order from Pats again. I wish I could leave less than one star.... we tried this Pats a few times and each time it wasnt good. The only thing we liked was the wings but delivery was always a problem. We began to just go pick up after calling in the order but the order was usually incorrect or not done. Recently we decided to give them another try and WOW what a DISASTER. The order was for multiple items all packaged for delivery and they were placed in the bags either side ways or upside down. Most leaked all of the sauces out and were all smashed from being upside down. We opened the bag as it was delivered we didnt turn it or change the direction. The food was overall terrible Pizza dry and tasteless, quesadillas were soaking wet. I not only would order Pats in NJ for our family but would use them for client lunches in other areas.. NOT ANY MORE! This place is terrible and I will never order from here again anywhere. So many other good places to order from and this place is usually empty on weekends for a reason. Yikes! I have no idea how there's more than one of these, but, by far, one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. I recently moved to the area from Philly and got this "free pizza" postcard from them. I thought I'd give it a try, and what an absolute bummer. The dough was "bready," the sauce was overly sweet, and the cheese was underwhelming, basically the same description as frozen Ellio's pizza. I am very sorry to have to write this, but I called and gave the restaurant a chance. A 63 year old man asked for Philly cheesesteak, a pizza steak and a large pie. The young woman misunderstood, I guess; however, she was also too busy trying to sell their latest coupon sale. We ended up getting the subs and $3.29 large fries (not worth the price). We couldn't tell the difference between the pizza steak and Philly cheesesteak. I called the restaurant manager to express my concerns before I wrote this. I wasn't offered even the opportunity to purchase a large cheese pizza with free delivery. Unacceptable. Never again....way to many other small mom and pop's that treat you like family. read more

Here's why I think they are still open..... "Online Ordering" It's easy, convenient and gives you a 10% discount. If the other Pizza places in Mullica Hill had it, this Pat's location would be closed! When I moved here several years ago It was decent. But in the last 1 to 2 years it has become a huge disappointment. Quality has decreased proportionally to prices increasing! One example (of many) - Wings! Not only has the base price increased, but they changed the batter recipe to something less then palatable. And most offensive are the adds-on! What used to come with Wings is now extra: hot sauce, celery and blue cheese are all extra. By the time you are done, an order of 5 little wings will cost you over $8 bucks! Last but not least... they get the delivery order wrong about half the time, while the other half arrives cold. read more
