We use to come in and they would be very friendly and welcoming. We just came in and they seemed like we were being a disruption of their day. They lady who "helped" us was rude. Our lane broke half way through our game and we went to ask for assistance. As we started talking to the lady she walked away from us and didn't change anything. We then had to go find a different employee to help us. Toward the end of our experience a employee came over and rudely (hands extended) said " do you really have to use the 8 ball?! She said if she returned there she would not order that again. The place was clean and the service was fine. Nothing above average by any means.
