The staff are not even cognizant of their own protocols. I am leaving this organization after years of coming here for quite serious diabetic foot issues. In trying to get my records transferred, after being stonewalled for six months and my feet worsening, the staff gave me such an incredibly difficult time I honestly thought I was having a heart attack. The last six months have been a colossal waste of time and money for me, not to mention the weeks of needing to stay off my feet to heel, due to lack of treatment. My feet must have correct orthotics or they suffer terribly, yet this outfit could care less despite my past loyalty and prompt payment. And why do mostly five star reviews, obviously phony and written by Affiliates in Podiatry, show up online and few complaints do? This place has deteriorated to the point of no return.
