He drove from Georgia to meet us at the NSY Louis Armstrong Airport and was on time, courteous, and professional. He had his 4-year old grandson, Kai with him and he was absolutely adorable, talkative, and funny! He even had his on toy steering wheel, and was practicing his driving skills so he could one day takeover over the family business! Anyhow, I truly appreciated the services Mr. Puckett provided and how he manuvered his way around those narrow streets of downtown New Orleans. We grooved to great music and enjoyed some delicious and amazing cuisine at Lil' Dizzy's, Creole House, Headquarters at NGN, Deanies, Dragos, and Acme's Seafood. While there, our group visited two colleges, Loyola University and Tulane University, and experienced the Queen Creole Historic Tour, Bayou Swamp Tour, Hop on and Off Tour of the French Quarters, World War II Museum, and Mardi Gras World. After the trip ended, we were dropped off at the airport and said our good-byes. However, Mr. Puckett took the time to check on us to make sure we arrived home to our destination. Wonderful services indeed! He made our trip possible and I am thankful to him and Ms. Puckett for their patience in regards to the unanticipated business matters experienced prior to the trip. However, I strongly recommend anyone to do business with Nene's Bus Tours. Superb!

I was on a five day trip from AL to NY with four buses and had an awful experience that was 100%…read moredue to bus driver problems. My bus drivers often didn't know where they were going and the passengers ended up navigating. Near the end of a 28-hour trip after she almost missed the exit (passengers had to raise their voices to get her attention), our driver said, "Oh, I see the exit now. It's hard for me to see at night." It was 2:00 am. I was often afraid for my safety and the safety of 200 high school students, parents, and teachers. My son's bus ended up repeatedly missing an exit and looped an area of Newark four times (yes, four times, this was confirmed via Life 360) while the other buses only looped three times. If you're planning a trip, I would want full documentation attesting to the competency of the drivers, no matter what bus company you use. The potential for disaster is unbearable to think of. These drivers were not competent.

Our tour was on a Saturday, two of the wineries had live music and food for purchase. Each winery was beautifully decorated and offered wine and cute gifts to purchase. The tastings are held inside but you have an opportunity to walk outside and explore. Stacy, our driver was amazing. He arrived a few minutes before the schedule pick-up time. At each destination he was attentive and periodically checked on everyone in my party. He was available if we needed anything and communicated the times to ensure we were on schedule. He also was an awesome camera man. The Cana team was very professional and responsive to all questions and inquiries. Overall it was an unforgettable experience and I enjoyed celebrating my birthday with them.

Since I can't trust Uber/Lyft to give me a ride to the airport at 4am (even with a confirmed scheduled ride), I rely on these guys instead and have yet to be disappointed. They've been very reliable and always arrive on-time (usually early). With clean cars, professional and friendly drivers, and authorization to use the Peach Pass lanes, they're everything you'd want in a chauffeur service. I use them now for all my business trips.

The location is convenient and I've rented here for years, but there is not much consistency or efficiency in how things are done. The people that have taken me out to the car and taken payment are usually great-unless it's the counter person-but other than that I've seen the level of service consistently go down. I recommend you go to a different location or pack your patience. They seem to have a revolving door of employees too, which may be a part of the problem.
