Not a terribly bad way to spend five hours in Atlanta…read more They say to be at the meet up point 15 minutes before the tour start time of 900am. The tour guide didn't show up until 900am. He checked us in, and some of the prepaid people were missing. He calls his boss, who presumably reaches out to the missing. We then spend the next 15 minutes sitting in the Peachtree Center as he describes the center and the surrounding area, just killing time to see if the missing arrive late. We finally get going, and the tour guide talks nonstop, in a booming voice, with the microphone turned up full volume, and he plays the harmonica for brief musical interludes. Quite peculiar. At least the bus had air conditioning, although rather weak at times.

The second time was better, we went for a Masquerade . The food and seasonal treats were tasty as well! 3rd experience it was pouring rain, and rain actually came through the top above our seat so we were a little wet during the ride. The 4th and final time I went with my daughter and that was the best experience we had. The bus was on time, the menu had changed a bit and was delicious. Also our MC was with both hilarious and entertaining. She brought all the vibes on the bus, and engaged us all. Even let my daughter sing. It was a great time. Our experience has progressively gotten better, and I would recommend it to others. I'd say don't let one bad experience deter you. Highly unprofessional to send one way text at 3 PM saying we will be late by 30 mins. Then again at 3:30 the same text. Even though I requested all vegetarian while booking there were meat sandwiches in the plates on our reserved table. Teas were listed to be 5 varieties and they brought only 2 out that too after half the food was eaten. So bad that it lasted like boiled water. They didn't even do the full 1.5 hrs on the bus and dropped us back a little before 5. Complete disappointment all thru. Pls stay out of this scam! A very unique way to tour the city but have a little fun while you're at it. I wouldn't say it was "comedy" as much as it was a witty, funny tour guide that liked to make a few wise cracks along the way. We loved it. The route must be known by the locals, as many folks on the streets seemed to know the Funny Bus and would wave and smile as we drove by. We had a fun group, and we mostly enjoyed meeting some new people and having some fun with those folks. We learned some things and had some laughs along the way. Would totally recommend. And yeah - it was a hot day, but we really didn't think it was bad on the bus - the open-air style (no windows, really) allowed air to flow through and keep things comfortable enough.

We were notified within an hour of arrival and they would compen by sending two buses. The driver of the 25 passenger was not a safety driver. Lug bolt missing from right front tire. while driving ran up on the curb and swerved almost hitting another vehicle. The 48 passenger bus ran out of fuel and the had to put some diesel fluid mixer in it. After less than a mile out. I do not recommend or will ever use this service again unless I see the vehicle beforehand. We hired this service through Charter Up.

Quoted and Booked a 56-Passenger bus to and from Florida in May 2026. My experience was unsettling…read more There was a major leak from the ceiling of the bus. Passengers and luggages that were across from me had to be moved. The seat I was in had water dripping like rain on the inside of the bus next to my head. By the time we got to Florida seats were soaked and the floor was wet and slippery. The overhead carriage on the bus was not accessible. We had to hold bags on laps. Coming back from Florida a smaller bus picked us up. Thank goodness that we told others that wanted ride back with us to go ahead and leave heading for home in cars. Had they not packed in cars and stayed around with us, there would not have been any room on the small bus that came to pickup us. The smaller bus leaked from the ceiling on the third seat in the left side. A 56 seats bus was booked for to and from Florida not change up and send whoever. We are entitled to not only a reduced refund but also an explanation regarding the conditions of both buses. What a risk!

There was also an incident where my daughter's iPad, was left on one of their charter buses. It took two weeks for someone to confirm that it had been located, and since then, I have been facing continued difficulties in retrieving it. Despite multiple attempts to pick it up, no one is EVER in office when I have tried to visit, and I have not received any updates or returned calls regarding the situation. I have been more than patient, but I continue to be given the runaround, which is completely unacceptable. As a customer, no one should have to go through this much trouble to recover my own belongings. I do not recommend this bus company!
