Here is the latest with my experience with Klein Landscaping. As part on the new landscaping plan, they planted 4 pines trees. All 4 trees were still I the canvas sack when they were removed today, 6 years after they were planted. See attached pictures. The canvas sacks (pots) were not removed so the roots had to grow over the top of the sack. Just plain poor work, period!

Rosa communicated awesome with several e-mails as we had to do a lot of it when we were out of town. The end look is perfect. We had a very difficult subfloor due to the age of the house and they had to work around furniture and appliances. I am very picky and did not find any areas I thought could have been done better. They were actually able to prep a week earlier than planned and paved early as well. Before completion, I received a notice that our pricing had gone down after the prep work and re-measurement of the total SQ footage. They did not have to even let me know, as I would not have known there was a difference. Very honest folks They did beautiful work, and we could not be more pleased with the job.
