I thought they had there stuff together here and had great customer service but I was wrong.Telling a customer to call back in three days to make a appointment only to call back in three days and told the reason of the wait was "to see what came in for other work" and then give me a appointment option over a week out after waiting three days is bs.Making me a appointment in the first place over a week out no biggie but playing a game having me call back then doing it nope. read more

I finally met the owner in person on the 12th of December. He refunded the oil cooler part cost to my father. I appreciate that. My personal opinion of the shop has not changed. I believe they replaced the front cover just to overcharge my parents (OPEN CHECKBOOK SYNDROME). The owner states he replaces front covers on 6.0 diesels all the time since it houses the low pressure oil pump. The research I have done reveals that the 6.0 does not have issues in that area. However Patterson replaced it due to an oil leak. I will let YOU be the judge if you decide to use this shop. read more

If at all possible I would recommend you avoid this place. I am sure they are great at installing air filters, exhaust pipes...basically anything you could yourself in a weekend. I brought my 7.3 power stroke to them for a multitude of issues I had. I had a Huge loss of power while pulling my 5'er. I had cracked the spider on top of the vally and they replaced it...after they cracked the replacement they sold me at discount so they could charge me full price on another(they seamed reluctant to refund me the price of the stock one they were responsible for cracking, but at least they did). I Also had a rattle in the rear end that I thought may be a wheel bearing...they told me it was U joints and carrier bearing. I did not have the time nor the press to do it myself so I paid their exaggerated prices for labor time to do the job. That took them forever to do. I Took it home after a very long time of it sitting in their lot waiting for them to get around to completing the task. I Drove it the next day and the rattle was still there. Now remind you I already paid for the diagnostic cost for them to tell Me what the heck was going on ($120) and the other work to fix this problem...so when I called and told them about the rattle they questioned me on it as if I was making it up. Then when I told them I need them to take it back the truly assess the issue they told me they were busy and it would be a while before I could bring it in. So a week or so latter I fondly got them to take it. When I dropped it off on a Wednesday (they told me to bring it in that day) they informed me there were multiple people in front of me and it would be a while before they could get to it! I informed them I should be I front of all those people because I paid for a diagnostic they failed to complete. They basically told me they didn't care. So again it sat in the lot for a week even after I told them I needed it by Friday and they agreed to this timeline. When they called and told me they found the source of the noise and that it was the hub cap...yea, a weld had broke on the cap, and that they were not going to charge me I laughed because they already did and then some by telling me it was the U joints and carrier bearing. So in closing, even though this place is a diesel performance shop it is obviously not a true mechanic shop as they seem to want to install basic performance parts at an outrageous price. read more

My experience was in March of 2012, and I am just now getting to the review. I needed to have some exhaust work done so I could get my truck registered right before I deployed. Patterson helped me out in a big way. Unfortunately I had to leave my truck there the day before I deployed to Afghanistan. They fixed an exhaust leak, and got the emission system running properly, and took the truck to the local emissions place and had it tested so my wife did not have to. They went above and beyond what they needed to, and I am extremely pleased. They were also cheaper than three other exhaust shops that I went to. They have my business for as long as I am in the Springs and own this truck. read more

Took my truck to this shop twice. First time I pointed out a problem and it wasnt fixed and they actually fixed something else instead and told me my egr valve was fine. Check engine light comes back on literally 5 minutes within me leaving the place I come back and guess what. It's the problem that I told them was there, took the truck back reporting that problem, along with me headlight and a alignment. No suprise, none of my issues got fixed, my tires wore out due to the alignment and I had to come out of pocket 815 dollars for new tires as well as a speeding ticket of my headlight. Oh and they wanted to throw a illegal tuner in it and turn off the egr valve which would not pass emissions test of Colorado. Then when I confronted them about it, the owner couldnt find paperwork on my truck and tried to turn it around on me like I'm the jerk. Terrible shop and if you are thinking of doing buisness here... Integrity! Was ready to drop over 1k in repairs based on a inspection I had done by them during an oil change. When I made my return appointment, they wanted to re-check my truck before making any repairs. I thought it was odd, but I went with it. Turns out one of their (now former) mechanics was not so hot at his job. They double checked all his work and told me that most of the items the old mechanic had on the list were not needed. They could have fooled me, but instead saved me hundreds and did the right thing. They will be taking care of my diesel as long as I live here in the springs. read more

Took my 2006 F260 PSD 6.0 to PCD last week for a BPD oil cooler and EGR. They completed the work quickly and at a good rate! They found a few other minor issues while apart - common to this motor - all fixed and turbo cleaned. I checked things out and they even fixed my sagging wiring loom that hangs from the cowl! Very nice and they appear to be meticulous about their work! I would recommend them! It's good to find a shop that cares and enjoys their work! Thanks again guys! read more

i like them, they do the best job in the area.. they charge you about 2-3 times the labor it should, example .. i had a B&W gooseneck installed and they charged me 3 hours labor, when according to B&W and multiple other installers says it takes 1 hour, other than this, they do good work... i have had multiple things done with them, i would continue to use them regardless of the extra cost. read more

had some work done there. prices are very high. i spent 4,500.00 and when all said and done, bolts were missing off the engine, and my oil dipstick was broken. for as much as i spent there, i figured i would get top quality workmanship!!! chad is a nice guy, but when i called to tell him these things, it didn't seem to matter. he said, the tech probably forgot to tighten the bolts down and they rattled loose, and fell off the engine, say what???? i also found a couple of brand new o rings laying inside the engine!!! i sure hope these were just xtra, and weren't suppose to be installed in my fuel injectors or somewhere else!!! as far as the dip stick goes, they really didn't give a crap. it was only 20.00 bucks, but that's not the point. so i went autozone and bought a new one. i dont think i will be goin back to them in the future. i know a lot of guys with diesel trucks, so im gonna spread the word. sorry patterson, but the dipstick was the test to see if you would really try and make your customers happy. got blown off by patterson!!! what an expensive bummer. they also wanted to charge me 500.00 to replace my icp sensor!!! say what????? i think not. did it my self in 30 minutes. read more
