I was informed that due to the fact that we did not use Electric Co Solutions they in turn charged us a travel fee to get reimbursed for the fee that businesses pay Yelp for the exposure to the public. First Union sent a technician named Felipe to my home for an electrical repair job. After Felipe supposedly completed the repair and left, I noticed a very annoying buzzing sound coming his work. I immediately contacted First Union and requested that he return to solve the problem. They supposedly scheduled a follow-up appointment. On the day of the follow-up appointment, First Union contacted me at the end of the day to tell me that the technician was stuck on another service call, and they needed to re-schedule. We re-scheduled again for today. Today, I waited all day again for a 2nd time and, this time, both NO CALL and NO SHOW from anyone from First Union. I'm in the service business, and I'm very familiar with the "customer service experience". This has been one of my WORST customer service experiences of all. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. They do NOT honor their word and don't appear to care.
