We had an excellent experience with Taylor! After purchasing our home, we wanted to have a more streamlined and dog friendly backyard, and we wanted our front yard updated as it was a hub for bunnies to eat the grass. We spoke a few times before moving forward and while he had originally mentioned being booked out nearly a whole year, he was able to get started on work at our house within a few months of quoting us. The first part of the project took about a week and consisted of removal of all the old plants and such, installation of the sprinkler system, and input of the new plants and rocks, and then we had a little delay until weather was better to complete the grass/lighting (about 4 months, we had a lot of snow this year). During that time a few of the trees in the back had died and he replaced them for us, as well as getting the back cleaned up and weeded from what had grown during the wait. It looks absolutely gorgeous now! Taylor was communicative during the process, always ensuring he followed up frequently. He also let us know if we have any issues with the sprinkler/lighting or any questions that he'd be happy to come out and help after the fact. Highly recommend! read more

Taylor and his crew did an outstanding job on the backyard of our new build. We walked through the backyard, discussed the design, and even offered financing through one of his partnerships. His crew showed up on time and on the day Taylor said they would. The crew showed up everyday (except the few days it was -30F) and completed our back yard in 10-days total (7 working days). There was a mistake on our retaining wall as they were building it, I informed Taylor of the mistake and it was corrected that day (the wall was angled at 90 degrees vice following the curvature of my concrete patio). Additionally, he offers referral bonuses that he discussed with us and because of this (and also the great work) I referred him to my neighbor who saw the progress and how reliable Taylor's crew was and they just started on his backyard about a week later. We had to hire another company to fix the artificial turf. They charged us half what Taylor charged for the artificial turf and it got HOA approval when work was done in a day. Advice: look elsewhere since we were CHARGED ALMOST DOUBLE for the same turf job from what a third HOA reviewer deemed not acceptable quality by Weekend Life. If you have a job done that's unacceptable file a CDARA rather than depending on them "making it right" even if it's on writing (and even if you gave them multiple attempts to correct their error because it will drag on and the end of the day you may end up hiring someone else. read more

Taylor made a "cold call" to my new house last November. We spent 45-60 minutes walking the property and talking about ideas. He promised to get me a drawing and bid in 2-3 weeks. Consumer EXTREMELY BEWARE. This contractor is not to be trusted. Their contract does not provide ANY protection to the customer. Once you provide a deposit (20 of project cost), you will not be able to recover any portion if you decide to cancel the contract, even when they are in breach. He makes all kinds of promises at first, but ghosts you once he has your deposit. He doesn't stick to the dates promised, we've been pushed a whole month from original start date. He hasn't gotten HOA approval, but says everything is on schedule. He makes verbal agreements but doesn't apply them to the change order. And you are stuck because he has your deposit. To make it even worse, he is not BBB accredited so again there is no consumer protection.​ read more

⁩ we hired taylor march 2021 to do our landscaping. he was working on our neighbors backyard and got a bid from him. taylor told us it would take 4 to 6 weeks to complete. it took him and his crew more than 4 months to complete. while his crew was working on our yard we noticed our neighbors had a flood. told taylor and he and his crew had to fix the drainage issue they created in their yard. we watched how they fixed it and became concerned about our drainage in our yard. we brought it up to taylor right away. he assured us that it wouldnot be an issue and if it became an issue he would honor his work and take care of it. while we loved the design and have enjoyed our backyard, we have also had issues. we contacted taylor this past weekend because we now have a flood in our backyard. the water has no place to go. my husband texted him and sent pictures. taylor asked if our sprinkler had a leak. we told him we have not turned our sprinklers since last year because of all the snow and cold weather. he told us that its out of warranty. i called and left a message. no return call from him. taylor has great design ideas but, doesn't keep his word. i dont think he understands or doesn't care that he has created a drainage issue for us and possibly the other neighbors. to fix the issue will require us to dig a trench and install a drain. our neighbors also still has drainage issues. we are niw having to pay another company to fix his incompetence. no integrity, dishonest and a scam artist read more

Issues from day one. The fence line was initially installed incorrectly outside of HOA guidelines and submitted plan. I had to deal with the HOA and listen to Taylor complain about how bad the HOA was. Fence was ripped out and placed appropriately. Taylor showed us a lighting package via pictures and said it was going to look great. He is a very fast talker. He installed a cheap option and tried to pass it off. This too was later corrected, said he was "doing us favor" not because it's what he'd promised. The concrete stamp was also incorrect. This was corrected by applying an overlay. This raised the level of concrete perimeter, which now causes drainage issues. Taylor denies this still, continuing to regurgitate slope requirements being met. Adding height to the edge of concrete clearly affects drainage. Taylor also constantly blames his employees for delays and mistakes, for knowledge he should have but doesn't. He should also not pass project management onto the customer. Especially when he sells himself as not the cheapest option but supposedly the best option. The runoff water drainage system was improperly installed as well. Taylor promised 3 times to install heat tape as well to assist with freezing. We are still awaiting Taylor to rectify this. he asked me to hire a contractor and invoice him. Again, we didn't pay to project manage this ourselves. 50 plants were not planted per the agreed upon design as well. Had to engage the HOA for submitted design by Taylor to correct this. 3 trees were DOA and eventually replaced 5 months later. 2 of those trees were DOA and brown within two weeks of 2nd re-plant. One tree is offset and slants at a 20 degree angle. Taylor has yet to return multiple emails, texts, and 3 voicemails over the past two months. read more

We had some freeze damage to some of our sprinkler pipes due to incorrect winterization. They fully explained what should have been done and what they would do to fix the problem. I have a new home which was originally landscaped by another company. The prior company did not perform quality work and was very unprofessional. I used Yelp to find a reputable company to correct our issues. We had draining issues on our lot and grass seeding that never germinated. Taylor and crew analyzed land slopes and added river rock, extended our retaining wall and seeded over the leach field. The work that was performed was outstanding and timely.
