Finally, on my yearly physical she took blood work, only to cancel the follow up appointment (the 2nd time she's canceled an appointment). So I have no idea what my yearly blood work says and to top It off I scheduled an EKG she claimed she was too busy to administer on my physical appointment. Now I'm scrambling for an EKG result less than 10 days before an elective surgery. She's more interested in scam diet programs and body sculpting scams. Go somewhere else.

Unbeknownst to me or my husband, the military changed our entire family's insurance over to a different provider of TRICARE without our permission. Both of my sons had an appointment in early November and for some reason, I was notified that our insurance was not being billed properly. All of a sudden we were switched to a different branch of TRICARE and needed a referral that would have to come from an army base doctor. For some reason, only one of my sons needed a referral, which does not make sense whatsoever (How did my other son have this referral filed?!) Needless to say, the office would not explain to me why one son was covered and the other one was needing to pay a $195 bill. They were not willing to wait for TRICARE select to come vack as our insurance tomorrow and bill the correct insurance. I'm sad to leave this practice because we really liked the doctor and have been with them for 6.5 yrs but I'm in disbelief there was zero help for a situation I was not in control of.

Thrive At Home's Administrative staff and caregivers did an excellent job caring for my Mom when she had her second stroke. The care was much better coordinated the caregivers were more engaging with my Mom and they followed all the way through thoughtfully caring for her back to health.

Office cancelled our appointment the night before and said no future appointments were available. They could not call in prescription without an appointment so told us to come back "next year" to start allergy treatment at that time. We had gone to this practice last year for assistance and had testing done for allergy prescriptions. I have no idea why we could not use the same prescription but this was really one of the worst medical services that I have ever received.

He is a great listener, with a great bedside manner, his old office team (nurses and admin) were also the best - they were caring, always smiling, and warm - always jokes and laughs giving good energy in the office. This is no reflection on his new team but I honestly cannot speak about the current team bc I moved out of town and have not had the opportunity to engage with them. I was Dr. Kacedan's patient for 5+ yrs. The Bottom Line Up Front is He Cares!!! He has always been supportive, timely, willing to research, willing to address any questions, helpful when trying to determine the best path forward, and he has been accommodating to take a call even after I moved - A 5 ***** Star Doctor in my book!!!
