However, I later received an unexpected separate office visit charge in addition to the preventive exam billing. My concern was not the care itself, but the lack of transparency regarding billing. During the wellness visit, the provider briefly reviewed outside lab results I had brought with me, and I was later billed for a separate office visit associated with that discussion. I was not informed during the appointment that this could result in an additional charge. After reviewing my visit documentation, I also felt portions of the note did not fully reflect my understanding of the visit, particularly regarding the extent of evaluation performed beyond the wellness exam. After raising concerns and providing supporting documentation, the office acknowledged overlap between the preventive visit and additional billing and indicated the matter would be reviewed. However, I did not receive a final follow-up or resolution regarding the coding review or reimbursement request. I would encourage the practice to improve communication around preventive visit billing and provide more consistent follow-up during billing disputes.

They are absolutely the best doctors I have ever experienced. They are personable, I feel like I've known all of them my entire life. They are reassuring and patient with all the questions as a first time mom. I am now 12 weeks with my second pregnancy and going to the FFX location and once again the staff there are completely incredible. It felt like I was seeing my long time BFFERRRRS. I had an incident while working and received scary news from the ER about my second pregnancy and went to them for more answers. They drew blood to check the HCG levels and came back after 48 hrs to get more blood work done. They called me as soon as they had the results and the doctor was very very reassuring. I hold no reservations with this office. They are absolutely amazing. (:

Then I got a virtual appointment for today and I was waiting 15 minutes, I decided to call and a lady answer and she said "but provider is with patients, she is behind, like my time is not important and I have to initiate a communication to see what happened. (eg suite 400, but the told to go to suite 200 - next go to suite 200 told to go to 400). the offices use a 'noise' system to cover HVAC noise. this over rides my hearing aid, making communication difficult.Dare to raise your voice (a natural response) results in chastising. the Walk In Clinic is a Scam. unqualified NP's. in an example case I had a 'eye sty' . NP could not diagnose, nor get help. an hour later told to made an appointment with an eye Dr. my solution was a visit to the MAYO CLINIC website, solution provided instantly. as others have also said, other INOVA practices get good rating . others have said it has become too large and unconcerning . Here's what happened: My child had a cough, so we went to the clinic. After a brief check, they said everything was fine but still brought out a machine for my child to inhale some medication, saying it would help her breathe better. I didn't know any better at the time and trusted their recommendation, so my child received the treatment at the clinic. I have always trusted healthcare professionals, so that same day I went to the pharmacy to pick up the prescribed medication. However, the pharmacist told me no prescription had been submitted. That's when I realized that the person we saw was a nurse practitioner (NP), not a doctor, and they were not authorized to prescribe certain medications. Later, after consulting another doctor, I was told that my child does not have asthma -- yet the clinic had given her asthma treatment anyway! It felt like they put my child through unnecessary treatment just to make money, harming an innocent child in the process. On top of that, I later received a bill from the clinic with a long list of charges for all the unnecessary procedures. This clinic relies on nurse practitioners to see patients, but they are careless and irresponsible. Please, everyone -- be cautious with this clinic. This experience was truly disheartening.
