As a retied realtor myself, i would urge caution to anyone who is looking to hire an agent from…read morethis agency. I can tell you from personal experience a home listed by them was listed without proper or accurate information and it is costing the buyers a inspection fee to find out that the home they have an accepted offer on, is not actually a single family home as the listing says, but instead a makeshift manufactured home that isn't even on a proper permanent foundation. They also have it listed as having the septic serviced in 2025... which was actually done by the potential buyer during the inspection of the septic tank! Its pretty obvious that the listing agents just listed it without doing their due diligence to find out actual FACTS about the home, causing the buyers to waste their time and money on an inspection to find out the truth they failed to convey in the listing description! Just more lazy agents that are just out for their commission at any cost! Update... I had written the same review on their facebook page and Since i wrote this review about an hour ago, I got this reply... "This home is correctly listed as a single family residence, which refers to a detached dwelling intended for one household. The term single family describes the use of the property, not the method of construction. As stated on the MLS data sheet, this home is not site built. That information is publicly available and provided so buyers and agents can make informed decisions. Whether or not a home is on a permanent foundation is something buyers can verify through inspections, however, inspections are always a choice. Buyers have the right and responsibility to perform any and all inspections they feel are necessary during their due diligence period, per how the contract is written. We are committed to being transparent and professional in every transaction. If you have any further questions, we are more than happy to address them. Have a great day!" LOL, seriously? Ok, For starters, no... If its a mobile or manufactured home, YOU LIST IT AS SUCH, JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER MANUFACTURED HOME ON THE MARKET LISTS IT! Just like the manufacture home I purchased 4 yrs ago... The agent who listed it, had morals and integrity to inform buyers the truth before even making an offer! And if a manufactured home is NOT on a permanent foundation, YOU DO NOT SELL IT AS REAL PROPERTY, you sell it as PERSONAAL PROPERTY and as a realtor /broker- YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT! But, id like to point out to everyone reading this, that this reply basically proves my point! Here they are saying they will list any way they want to, and its up to the BUYER to confirm the details they listed are factual... Did you get that everyone? Any lie they want to tell, they will put on the listing and its up to YOU to to find out the truth! And even if you did all your research, you will only find out the truth after you pay the fee for an inspection, and they got the septic serviced on the dime of the BUYER during that inspection. THAT is how this agency works!!!! and if you miss it, OH WELL! They couldn't care less. As long as they sell it and get their commission, they couldn't care less what lie they put on the listing. They would rather lie and put in the description "Buyer to verify all measurements and information before making an informed offer" and they think that saves them from the liability. Thanks for who ever replied as you just proved the lack of integrity this agency has - i would stay clear of of them at all costs! Another update... they have since removed the listing and my comments from their facebook page, then blocked me... showing again, the integrity of this agency. I would like to remind everyone, that even though they list that the buyers is responsible to confirm all information ALL real estate agents are required by LAW to be truthful and transparent in all their dealings with clients and ALL parties involved in the transaction. These agents obviously are not!

After seven long years of searching for our forever home, leasing in Florida three years and…read moreTennessee almost four years, our unplanned move was necessitated as the owners of the house we were leasing needed their house back...in 30 days. Literally, we had less than a month to relocate. A month that included a long holiday when many businesses were closed. Our adventure began on Friday of Independence Week... how appropriate! The first two houses we were interested in, quickly became unavailable. By chance, I sent Gwin Home & Garden Realty an inquiry about a house on the market. I indicated that this house was the style we were looking for and that by the information on the website, it appears to check all the boxes. Almost immediately, I received a response from Realtor Genelle, who said "I believe I have your house" and we immediately made an appointment to tour this home, along with a few others. This house was in a location we were unfamiliar with but Genelle took the time, on that Sunday, to show us around with great patience and intuition. She was right, the first house she showed us was the house we loved and we placed an offer. Genelle patiently and with great expertise, worked with us and her team to manage all the details in a week full of holiday obstacles. Over the next few weeks, Genelle was right there coordinating with the lender and his team, the seller and her team, as well as, the Title company to make this purchase process flawless. While Genelle and her team worked their magic, our processes a hour and half away included movers, packers, cleaners and good-byes. Genelle came though on time and under budget and we are incredibly grateful. We love our forever home. Thank you, Genelle Thomas and the wonderful team at Gwin Realty in Crossville, Tennessee.

Liz worked beyond the call of duty to help us find, visit (even in a snowstorm) and put an offer on a home we loved and was instrumental for us closing on that home on time and within the closing date. We cannot thank Liz enough for her help, kindness and attention to detail she provided us in finding our forever home. Not only was she our agent, but turned into a friend and someone that was willing to help us even after the sale. Her attention to detail was so reassuring and impressive, we never felt overwhelmed. Thank you Liz, Gwin Realty is lucky to have you and we were so fortunate to find you. You are the truly the best !!!! If anyone needs help with real estate , do not hesitate to contact Liz, you will never regret your decision.

The sales force misrepresents the entire home community. We discussed buying a home from Cindy…read more(sales representative) and we talked and emailed each other many times. We told her from the very start what we were looking to buy in a new home. She told us she had a home that would work for us and encouraged us to come down for a stay and play visit. When the time finally arrived for us to make plans to drive eight hours out of our way, she finally told us the truth that she did NOT have what we were looking for. All this wasted time and effort all our part just to find out she lied. Tried contacting the general sales manager and he NEVER had to courtesy to return our email or phone calls. DO NOT LISTEN OR BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

We had a plumbing issue where the toilet was not flushing properly, we had a plumber come out to assess the problem , he found that the pipes were installed with the pitch backwards. He rodded out the problem plug , took pictures of the 2 areas that were pitched incorrectly and said get a hold of the builder to rectify the problem. Fairfield Homes sent out the plumber who worked on the house he confirmed the pipes were in fact sloping in. He made adjustments and said should not have any more problems,1 week later same problem. he came back but could not find anything wrong. 2 months later another clog. Fairfield Homes said that this is well past my warranty and that with home ownership comes a level of responsibility and that its about time that I accept that. Is this is the kind of service you would want ?
