They had to come out twice because they didn't want replace an expensive part if it didn't have to be. Unfortunately, it did turn out to be the issue but they didn't charge another service call. They were very thorough, replaced the part and then made some suggestions for future improvements but were not pushy. When the time came to make those improvements they were exactly who we called. They try to find the most economical way to do things and actually know what they are talking about.
