After being a customer for 10 years, Brian went-off on me when I expressed concern over him not following CDC and Health Department guidelines. I was polite and calm. He immediately started yelling at me and cursing...even using the F-bomb several times. He also insulted my wife who had nothing to do with the situation. I'm on disability and he said "unlike you and your wife, I can't afford to sit on my ass all day every day. I actually have to work". What that has to do with the CDC or Health Department I have no idea, but that's what he said. read more
