They take appointments but run consistently late so reserving your time with an appointment means nothing. Danny tries and is so friendly but he's always overwhelmed. He mans the front desk, books appointments and takes frequent breaks to run to the laundromat a few doors down to wash his towels. The salon is dusty and depressing and my last appointment took three hours for a mani/pedi. There is only one other employee besides Danny, and some days his mom helps out. Sweet woman but she's slower than molasses and frequently drops the instruments on the floor and doesn't clean them off. Time for a change.
