I was presented with a great offer. Unfortunately, the offer was pulled because of 1 strike on my history. Everyone agreed the strike did not affect the validity of the contract for sale. I do not trust the partners of Abacus. I do howeve, trust EFI to give you as she did me 100 % effort. She is to good to be wasting her talent at this company.

From my first call with Denise Tanner, the level of professionalism she displayed gave me great comfort and assurance that Abacus was a quality company to work with. The other companies were okay, but what moved the needle to choose Abacus was the follow up Denise Tanner provided. If Denise worked for me I'd give her a raise and bonus to compliment her excellent work ethic and professionalism. She always called on the day I requested with the information I requested. I asked her to bring her best offer to me, that I was giving everyone a fair chance. The other companies told me they would but didn't until I told them I had another good offer, that one of the other two companies gave an offer. The offer wasn't as good as Denise's offer for my policy. For tax purposes, it was important to complete the sale in 2023 and we were dealing with the Holidays approaching. Denise handed my case over to Janine Allen, a consummate professional that pulled together all the details to get the deal done. Again, another model employee that needs to be honored with a bonus or raise. It is very difficult to find employees that show a positive attitude and a desire to meet the needs of a client. Denise Tanner and Janine Allen did with flying colors. Selling an insurance policy isn't a normal, everyday transaction. Having experienced representatives holding my hand throughout was appreciated. If anyone is reading my review, I hope it will be an encouragement to include Abacus in your mix of companies competing for your policy.
