Gayle and I enjoyed watching him work and I appreciated his no-nonsense approach, first by warning me that if a person that had shown up earlier came back, I would move down the line. He didn't and it helped that I knew and told him exactly what I wanted. Having my previous belt handy helped at 2 stages in the process.
