I called CVS again and they said they don't send a form, they send the number where the Dr's office needs to call to get pre-approval. CVS said they sent it 3 times and showed it went through successfully. I called back to the Dr's office again and they said they didn't have anything from CVS for me. Really?!?! Forget it. I guess I don't need the meds as much as I thought, so I also won't need that follow up visit in 1 year either. Find competent staff or you're going to keep losing patients.

Dr. Paul Arnold never scheduled this surgery. There was always an excuse. When my father was diagnosed terminal - sorry nothing more I can do for you- my dad told us he was given false hope from the one person he thought would give him more years to live, that he trusted to care for him. My father died of bladder cancer April 1, 2015.

Pay your deposit and then set up your appt. the day of the appointment you meet face to face with the doctor and the procedure is done within 15 mins or less. They give you a sheet of rules to follow which basically says no strenuous activity for a few days. My husband didn't complain of discomfort just slight burn which disappeared the next day. So far so good and would recommend going to this office over others in the Bay Area hands down. They didn't take our insurance but honestly I would pay any amount of money to go with a trusted surgeon on such a delicate matter. Lastly, the doctor gave us his business card to call with any questions. When my husband called with a few questions. The doctor actually answered the phone and answered his questions. When does any doctor give their contact info now and days??? Never! Great job and appreciate it!

Without hesitation, we figured we'd eat, then we'd grab a seat, in the bus. If just felt right to give a gift. A gift of blood. We had NO IDEA that giving blood would be SO MUCH FUN! For when we stepped outta the Florida heat and took our seats, we were greeted by the Tag Team of Julio & Nick! These guys should go on tour. Comedy! Action! We walked into the donation area, where I sat in a donation chair, and the donation routine began to take my blood. After about 8-10 minutes, I was finished and got up and left the facility. The technician was friendly and was very good at inserting the donation needle into my arm. There was some informal conversation, and it was a very nice experience. I have been here many times before, and I will return when I can donate again. I've been donating blood since 1969 and feel I am giving life to people who need this to survive. When you call it's next to impossible to get a person on the phone. And if they are on the phone, you get a recording without the option of getting a call back. They don't have a billing department and the manager is responsible for billing. The manager does not do their job for insurance verification before the appointment. After a month and a half I am now being asked to self-pay $400 for my appointment because they didn't do their job for insurance/referral verification. I really wanted to like this doctor office, because quite frankly the doctor seemed nice. But he was in and out of the appt, and we were seen by a PA. Still walked away with a diagnosis, and apparently it was not a complete evaluation.

Even though, my appointment was at 9am and the MD did not show up until 9:38 am that morning. He judges you for having a chronic illness and just not being able "to go to the gym and work out". I won't even discuss what happened last time I showed up for an appointment that they conveniently canceled! Not to mention, when the nurse looked at my online chart, she gave a disgusted huff!!! Is the office staff nasty to everyone? Or has my chart been specifically labeled to treat me like garbage, thus I leave the practice quietly because my illnesses are too difficult to manage and do not return? Why would a physician do that? Does the reason involve not wanting to complete my disability paperwork??? I know it is lengthy and time consuming, but I was run over by a truck as a pedestrian and have CRPS now. I cannot work as a nurse. Furthermore, I had an anaphylactic reaction to MSG in July. My daughter called 911 because I was blue and could not breath. The paramedics had to start an IV to give medications and oxygen. I negotiated with the paramedics that I would follow up with my primary care to save health care cost because they fixed me for the time being and the doctor's office opened 2 hours after they left my apartment. The office sent me away that day because I didn't have a mask! COVID-19 was lifted. Plus, just had an anaphylactic reaction and they knew that. Can you imagine?

I recommend him very highly, also urging you to get your colonoscopy done, despite the awful prep (which is a tad less awful than it used to be.)
