Noise from the upstairs neighbors continues to be a major burden…read more I have called the non-emergency police number to file a noise complaint, and it is okay for a day or two, then back to their torturous noise. Loud footsteps and conversations past 12am, even 1am. Coldwell Commerical is just as complicit as the neighbors with the noise ordinance violation. I would also strongly recommend that any prospective clients look at the state license board, and you WILL confirm their license has LAPSED on more than one occasion. Truth and facts, should help you NOT to conduct business this lousy organization.

I'm a real estate professional and have been in this field for 14 years. Dealing with Cirina has…read morebeen a nightmare. We are supposed to close escrow tomorrow and I have been leaving her messages all week and have yet to have her return a single phone call. Today she was supposed to call the sellers to arrange a time for them to sign the closing paperwork. It's 4 PM and she has not called them. I would send her emails letting her know that the sellers would be out of town and she would not reply or followup. She needed to contact the trustee and get an affidavit from her. I sent her the trustee's email address on Monday. I called Cirina this morning and asked her if she got everything she needed, to which she replied that she needed the trustee's phone number. It's Thursday, so she sat on this for three days and wouldn't have asked me unless I followed up with her. We're supposed to close tomorrow. I asked her if she got the wiring information from the exchange company- she told me the exchange company hadn't contacted her with that info. I contacted the exchange company and they had given her that info at the beginning of escrow. Worst escrow experience I have had in my career. There's still a chance for escrow to close tomorrow, but my seller will need to bend over backwards to accommodate Cirina's schedule.
