He is kind, patient, extremely skilled and knowledgeable. I had lipo, mini tummy tuck and a bbl done in 2021. He gave me a beautiful and natural result. The scar from my tummy tuck is so low and light it is not even noticeable. I came back this year to have my breasts redone (we found they were ruptured from a previous surgeon years ago). I trusted Dr Yates to chose a size based on the look I had liked and my breasts are PERFECT. Dr. Yates is extremely honest, I asked his advice in doing extra procedures. Instead of taking my money he explained why they would not make a difference in my body type and that I did not need anything else. My recovery has been great both times. I didn't need pain pill last time and do not need them this time either. The anesthesiologist is amazing. Instantly made me comfortable both times. I was nervous and by the time he had me laughing from jokes I don't even remember falling asleep. The whole staff is great from the front desk to everyone else in the office. Questions get answered through the app instantly. The practice is also located inside a hospital. Overall 10/10 experience, I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Yates to everyone.

Bitner Facial Plastic Surgery - After my nose job. It's now botched

Hi , I am a 56 year old female. My Story is probably your…read morestory! I went to Dr. Bitner to try Botox. I was very nervous just because I hate needles and really have anxiety about Doctors Offices. But I was sad every time I looked in the mirror because my face doesn't match how I feel. The first time I went I noticed someone in the waiting room all bandaged up and I thought to myself "I will NEVER do that!" Well needless to say, Never say Never! About 1 year later, I casually asked Dr. Bitner about a facelift. He really took some time to suggest I make an appointment for a consulation, which I did. The consultation was about 2 weeks later and I used those 2 weeks to do some research. Everything I found online was pretty much what Dr. Bitner and his team told me. Dr. Bitner suggested I have a facelift, browlift, Blepharoplasty under eyes) and Lip Augmentation. I decided to do it! It was an exciting experience if you can believe surgery is exciting. The most surprising was that the pain was minimal. I have had more pain at the dentist office. In fact, I believe the only pain was the first day the rest of the time is was just a little uncomfortable. It's been 4 months now and the swelling is gone, no pain, just a little tingling sometimes and a bit of numbness on the top of my head. All of which was consistent with everything I was told by Dr. Bitner, Jamie, and Brandi. One of the best parts of my venture was the way the staff treated me. Dr. Bitner is so easy to talk to and takes his time in explaining whatever questions you might have for him. He is honest; he won't do anything if you don't need it. I told him I want my upper eyes done too but he said I won't need it because I was having a brow lift. He is not just out to make money. He genuinely cares for his patients. His staff is the same way. Jaime is awesome. On a side note, I believe she might have saved my life because each time I went for Botox she warned me that my blood pressure was high and I needed to get it checked. I did and it is now under control because of Jaime. The entire team was wonderful during my surgery, Robin and Emily and of course Glenn the anesthesiologist. And each time I go I am greeted by Debbie who is the friendliest most upbeat receptionist I have ever come in contact. If you are thinking about getting a procedure done but are being held back because of being afraid, I urge you to take the plunge. If I would have known I would have done it years ago!!

My first rhinoplasty at age 18 left me with very little cartilage and a very unnatural, scooped bridge and over- rotated tip. I had a revision 10 years later with a second surgeon who tried to correct the mistake by using cadaver cartilage and gore-tex to bring structure back to my nose. I was very unhappy with that second surgery right away, it was too long and crooked and over time, the tip continued to shrink and twist and it was definitely an operated look. Finally, 10 years later I find Dr. Bitner. To say I was hesitant about considering yet another surgery is an understatement. After meeting with Dr. Bitner, I felt very confident in his ability to deliver the results I'd wanted all along. I am now 5 weeks out from my revision and for the first time in my life, I really feel that my nose fits my face. I'm incredibly happy with the results so far and more so as I watch the swelling dissipate. The nose you see now required grafting from my rib as well as my ear cartilage as I had no support and my nose essentially had to be rebuilt. Dr. Bitner has been very responsive, both before and after my surgery, and I've been impressed by his expertise, attention to detail and kindness. After such horrible experiences with my first two surgeries, I can't believe how great my results are now. I really didn't think my nose would ever look natural or "normal" again, and thanks to Dr. Bitner, it finally does.

Wanted me to start paying 500 + $ per session (750% increase?), and I would be going back 20 -30 times to complete everything I wanted. Got hung up on when I tried to talk to staff about honoring the price I had been paying for years. Told them I understand they raised their prices (to an absurd amount) and would pay new price for new work, just wanted them to honor the price I had been paying to complete what they started (would only be about five more times). Also, when I was receiving a different procedure the doctor was making disgusting sexual jokes to the nurse while I was on the table with a bib covering my face, never have I felt so uncomfortable in my life. I wanted to tell them to get a room... what kind of person disgustingly sexually harasses an employee? Especially while there is a paying client lying on the operating table? DISGUSTING and UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least! WOULD NOT GO BACK IF THEY GAVE ME FREE WORK! Look at the pictures of his staff.... hmmmm.... bunch of pretty blondes... not a single male employee....?? Need I say more???

We were referred to OMS by our regular dentist and didn't have a specific surgeon in mind so we were assigned whoever was in the office that day. My husband did not want to get a replacement tooth put in right away because we were planning on traveling and the required schedule would not have worked for us. When the surgeon consulted with my husband, and found out that he didn't want an implant, he appeared to dismiss any questions my husband had and just pulled the tooth and left the room. Soon after, my husband began to have issues with bone erosion in his jaw inside the hole where the tooth was pulled, and the hole would not heal. We consulted with our regular dentist over the next couple of years to try to repair the damaged tissue, clean up the bone area, and treat with antibiotics for the repeated infections. In addition, we tried more aggressive measures including hyperbaric treatments and IV high dose antibiotics to get the bone infection under control. After researching which surgeons our health insurance company would work with, my husband returned to OMS to consult with Dr. Chandler. He ended up performing surgery to extensively clean and repair the tooth hole area and try to stop any further erosion of the bone. So far, that seemed to be the solution for my husband. Dr. Chandler was patient and helpful to help find the answer to the problem that seemed to have originated at the same office with a different doctor. Lastly, our experience with the billing department was not very good. They worked with our health insurance to bill the surgery which was good, but they kept billing the wrong codes for the anesthesia. It ended up taking 9 months of back-and-forth to get the bills settled. In the meantime, OMS would send us monthly bills showing accumulated interest on the unpaid balance. Luckily all the interest was written off in the end.
