"Do NOT take your children to Creelman family medicine- He will berate you as a Mother, clearly doesn't have children himself, nor should he be seeing them as is mentally ill himself and unhinged. Aggressive with his examinations and impatient, rude. I cried when I left his office and my 16 month son was very traumatised. Literally the worst doctor I have ever met in my life, am astounded he has a practice and is ALLOWED to see patients with his disgusting bedside manner. Went to Dr Creelman when he was new in area and was expecting first baby. Went over two weeks past due date. Asked him if an ultrasound would be done, he refused. Turned out there was no way baby could be born naturally. Unfortunately didn't find that fact out til it was too late. He had to call in a "real" doctor, who did an ultrasound, took Creelman out in hall and screamed at him for not doing ultrasound way earlier. The other doctor had to cut me three ways and deep to get baby out. It was that or break my pelvic bone for csect. Dr Creelman's own religious beliefs over ride proper medical care. Why he is still in practice I just don't know. I suppose on simply things he may be okay. I pray he is no longer delivering babies. read more

Rude office staff! I just called Dr Creelmans office to make an appointment. They have an office policy to charge $110 over the phone before I come in to my first appointment, that they will not let me know what the charge is for, it's just an extra add on in order to make an appointment. I got a sarcastic response from the girl who I was trying to make the appointment with when I asked what the charge was for and she transferred me to the billing agent who was even more sarcastic about the policy when I asked what the charge was for, she said it was just their policy to charge new patients an extra $110. She had no answer for what the charge was actually for and hung up on me when I said I've never heard of such a thing. read more

Dr. Creelman and his staff are excellent. Dr. Creelman is one of the last independent practices around and that is important because he isn't beholden to a big medical conglomerate. He is a fantastic physician and always tells you the truth, even when it's hard to hear. You can't go wrong with this doctor and his staff. Way better than the Everett clinic, where you are rushed in and out while a nurse feverously types on a computer. Try a real doctor, try Dr. Creelman. read more

I was treated horribly by this person. I printed off my entire medical record and he flipped through it in about 3 seconds and didn't even introduce himself. I didn't even know that he was the doctor. I had to introduce myself to him. He just raised his voice and kept asking what I wanted. I told him that I had been assigned to him by Amerigroup Insurance and that I was there to start a relationship and do whatever the procedure was to intake into the practice. As I tried to give him background on myself and he was just ignoring me. He looked at my medications list (that I have been treated with for many years by more than just my physician and said nope) He didn't stay in the examination room for more than 5 minutes. Bitter, grumpy, and extremely rude. He just walked out and didn't even say if we were done or not, or if he was coming back. I just happened to open the door to see him walk into another patient's exam room. I am a 64-year-old retired U.S. Navy veteran. Two years in the middle east during the 1979 Iran hostage crisis. I helped outfit the helicopters that attempted to rescue the hostages in Operation Eagle Claw. I have spent 25+ years in the security field The Space Needle, Starbucks Corporate offices, and Seattle University as a supervisor. I have received more respect from belligerent, intoxicated persons that I have had to remove from properties than this man. I have never been treated so badly by anyone, ever, in the medical field. And that includes the military. I had printed off all of my medical records for them, I put them on a thumb drive for them, I had the records transfer papers all filled out and ready for them to FAX over. I was so stunned by the interaction that the front desk folks (who were very nice) asked me what was wrong. I told them that I wasn't sure what just happened but that I had been horribly mistreated. The lead person tried to go and find out what happened but said she couldn't talk to him to ask and that she didn't want me to walk away feeling like I did. She called me later and tried to apologize which I told her I appreciated, but the damage was done. When I left the building I just sat in the parking lot and couldn't believe what had just happened. The staff and desk persons were very kind and nice to deal with. This doctor is not!! read more

I saw this physician for an industrial injury and complained of pain repeatedly. I was disregarded and when I asked for an MRI I was demeaned and dismissed. I knew there was something terribly wrong so I located another provider who ordered the MRI and sure enough, I had a serious medical injury. I trusted this physician with my medical care. Fortunate to have found a provider that listened to me, did not interrupt me or send me away in pain and tears. read more

Dr. Creelman was so set on starting his weekend on time that when my mother called in close to closing time to get a renewal for my father's diabetes testing strips, he refused saying they were non-essential and he didn't have time. These strips are $159 without a prescription. My dad was also in the hospital a couple of weeks ago for out of control blood sugar. He's just starting insulin and doesn't have his diet down. And it's Labor Day weekend so he can't get his prescription until Tuesday. We called Saturday morning. He has 3 test strips for 3 days. Dr. Creelman is a heartless bastard. read more

I respect Dr l. Creelman and the nurses. The people manning the desks (insurance etc) are really bad. I had one accuse me of trying to scam them. I have an income over 150,000 and to think I would run a scam on a doctors office for a few hundred is ludicrous. I was there for Suboxone treatment and was treated very badly by the lady doing the insurance. She got mad, was rude, said I was suspicious and basically sabotaged my treatment. Knowing that they didn't take Medicare for that treatment she submitted it anyway to insure I wouldn't be offered care there anymore. This is a opioniated, predudiced, profiling woman who went out of her way to insure I wouldn't be treated anymore. read more

I had broken a couple ribs and needed immediate attention and since the doctor I have had for years just recently retired from the clinic I go to I instead made an apppointment to see Dr. Creelman who he had shared practice with. He checked out my injury briefly(I had already been to ER) shortly into the conversation subject turned to me being a smoker. He went on and on..I of course know I need to quit but here I am in immense pain trying not to cry. He just kept harping and at one point he says "So what day are you going to quit" I said "excuse me? What do you mean what day?" He says "Which day this week are you quitting".. I just was sort of in shock and said " I don't know"? He then ordered I take pulminary/breathing test...when I couldn't even breathe at all without pain, let alone take deep breaths. After that little slice of hell I asked if he could renew my script for ADD. I told him I had procrastinated on that for while after changing insurance and he says to me "ya I bet you procrastinate on alot of things"...so THEN he says " Well fine I will write you a script but you will have to pay for it yourself cause I refuse to deal with you're new insurance" (process with having new Insurance having to call and verify/confirm. I say "But that's like $20O.OO"!..He basically replied " Oh well". So THEN I ask If I should take time off work to heal or were my activities limited, could I go back and when. He doesn't ask me what I do for living but just says "I don't care what you do, you aren't limited." I couldnt wait to get the hell out of there. Total nightmare. After asking around my circle of friends/Social Media about this doctor I have heard multiple horror stories. Haha SO bad. Also sad because the people who work there at the desk, the MA's are always so nice. However I am currently looking for another Clinic/ Doctor to use as "PCP"... Ughhh read more

Apparently I am not the only one who has little good to say regarding this office, in other words, Doctor, staff and office help. I have had several unhappy experiences but this last one was the straw that broke the camel's back. I requested a referral to a Dermatologist for several things and was told "we can handle all that here in this office". I made my appointment and saw Julie Hornsby and told her what I wanted. I explained that my husband had a working relationship with an office in Bellingham that we really liked so I preferred to go there. Not only did they wait for several weeks to NOT give me a referral but when I called to ask that it be done, I was told again, "we can do all that here in this office". I told the office person that I did not wish to have my procedure done in their office but wanted a referral which I already came into the office to get. She told me she would talk to the Dr. When I still did not hear back for a week, I called my insurance carrier and told them my dilemma. They said that because it was not an official insurance office even though they took my insurance, they had the right to refuse. So I asked to have another Dr. for my Primary care. Now I have to spend the money to be a first time patient with another Dr. Then today, I receive a letter from Creelman's office that tells me that they "will no longer serve as my physicians"!! I am incensed that they make me look like the incompetent one. Don't waste your time or money on this office, you will just have to start all over again when you are disappointed.
