Upon my return, I noticed spotting on my carpet leading to mechanical room. I showed the spots to Ben Davis GM of ServiceMaster and was told by Ben to me that it looked like Residue and he would clean them.. This was in February 2016.. A couple of months later, ServiceMaster sprayed the spots again but the spots remained. In June ServiceMaster Steam Cleaned the spots but the same results.. Finally in July, Ben Davis told me ServiceMaster did nothing to cause the "spotting".. Why was't that expressed in February?? Sue with Farmers is telling me to pursue a claim myself.. Be aware that pictures are taken before ServiceMaster enters your home and "leads" the Homeowner along that any damage will be corrected.. Thoroughly inspect ALL WORK that ServiceMaster oversees and installs.. A lot of Rework on my small project... Steve Janich Unhappy victim
