I scheduled work 2 months in advance based on my contractor's recommendation…read more I reached out to inform him that I needed to cancel the app (1.5 months in advance) and that I would reschedule. He replied with a snarky "that's fine, but who is going to cover the cost of the materials I just ordered?" First of all, I never said I wasn't going to reschedule. Second, I assumed he would need me here while he did the job so I could pay him. When we talked about schedule availability he never informed me that materials would be purchased so far in advance and that I would be required to pay if I needed to cancel. I have had work done on my home before and am aware a % down is due before work begins, but never 2 months out with no communication to the client. When I informed him that I live alone and had to go out of town for work that week, he replied with "I'm sure you just found someone who could do it sooner. I have been in business here for 18 years with 100% approval rating so good luck" Very rude and unprofessional.

Horrible experience!!…read more Roof work was started August 2020 but it took months to complete. Owner of this company is VERY RUDE and does not take any responsibility for the shabby workmanship and /or damages his workers have caused. As we were VERY unhappy with the repairs we asked the owner to come out and do a walk through to see all of our concerns regarding the project and basically walked around and told us "not his problem " and when I asked if he had seen the email of the pictures (see attached) and list of concerns i sent him WEEKS before his answer was; YA!! and not another work. Other examples. Had people come over to our home whiteout any notice. Never said; sorry my crew ruined your siding, furniture, decking, flowers and gutters. Owner just did not care. Removed and replaced 3 skylight windows on the roof and when I requested him to seal the window's on the in side he told me that was not there job!! When he asked for his last $20,000.00 we held back until the work was complete, but instead of correcting issues and completing the work he threatened to turn us into the credit bureau and his attorney. We canceled the Siding and Window installation work. BEWARE!! Worst experience We have ever gone through with a contractor.
