We had a question about the estimate since there wasn't a selection for an upholstered bed but they called us right back. The estimate on non standard things like a bed is understandably a little tricky. First estimate was $25 for the bed but turned into $50 when they noticed it was a fully upholstered bed not just a headboard; we felt it a reasonable adjustment. The man who did the cleaning was professional and did a great job getting out black marks caused by the move as well as existing pet odor from our furniture and the bedroom carpet. We really appreciate the odor neutralizing cleaner they used that had very little scent and smelled fresh and not chemically.
