The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. They made sure my insurance was accepted and set me an appointment on the spot. Yesterday was my first appointment. My hygienist was incredibly thorough and communicative through my X-rays and cleaning. She took her time to make sure she not only got my deep cleaning completed but provided me with very helpful information for self care and maintenance at home. My doctor was excellent as well. Again, she took her time to ensure my teeth and gums looked good and had no issues. She also suggested a more comprehensive scan to assess a wisdom tooth suggested for extraction and took the time to explain things and made sure to address any questions. My check out was friendly, professional and quick. The front desk explained they would reach out to my insurance provider to pre-authorize a procedure and set me up for my follow up appointment. The facility is beautiful, everything is so clean and updated and the technology at Signature Dental is top of the line. I was incredibly impressed with everything and everyone and glad I found Signature Dental.

Doctor Bob and his staff are the most amazing people. I had let a root canal sit for too long and…read morethe tooth cracked in half. Due to the root shape and brittle-ness of the tooth, my general dentist didn't want to touch it. I called Dr. Familaro's office and they got me in super quick. The staff was attentive and warm. They made me feel comfortable and were quite personable. They went over all the options for treatment and explained the cost and requirements. They even did their best to low-key steer me away from unnecessary expenses, like anesthesia. The office is spotless and they take all precautions, from immediate hand sanitizer to fist bumps. Doctor Bob is kind and friendly, like hanging out with your cool uncle at a family gathering. He had my "difficult" extraction out in no time and explained all the post extraction stuff I would need to pay attention to. The staff even called me to check in a few days later! If you need work done, you owe it to yourself to get it done by doctor Bob. You won't be disappointed.

Plan of care was discussed and planned during the eval visit. Written information re post op care was given, along with a written estimate of charges and anticipated insurance reimbursement. Payment options and expectations were clearly communicated, and date for procedure was set. Actual procedure went according to plan, no surprises (thankfully!). Post procedure care was reviewed, and I received a follow up call later in the day to see how things were going. Follow up visit scheduled in a week. Let's face it, dental procedures are not fun, but Dr. Bob's processes make it about as good as it is going to be!

My Mom has been attempting to get her dentures from Dr. Healy for over a year now- he's already…read morebeen paid by her insurance company but still no dentures. Every time she goes he says next time for sure. I believe he's giving her the run around because she's an elderly woman. She's been there about 30 times in the past year and every single time, it's always a different excuse. It's ridiculous! Dr. Remijas is wonderful, a great dentist who cares about his patients and doesn't prescribe or diagnose dental issues that are not there. I am happy that I found such a wonderful dental office upon moving to Chicagoland. There are a lot of sketchy dentists out there trying to make money off of the naive patient, and Dr. Remijas is not one of them.
