I…read moream in the service industry and am very critical of doctors, dentists, salons, restaurants, etc etc and I can't be happier about my experiences so far with them. I slipped and fell a little over a month ago, landing on my face and needed a lot of work to get my front teeth fixed. I called first thing in the morning after this happened and Dr. Denis was able to take me in right away. After assessing my situation, he began work on my smile immediately. He made me feel so comfortable, I was nice and numb while he was working on me (my first visit took almost 3 hours). I was very upset about what had happened to my teeth and he put me at ease, explaining that he was going about helping me the same way he would if it was his wife in his chair. I've had about 5 visits in the past month and a half, with at least 2 more to go, but I'm looking as good as new. I recommend him to everyone I meet. Even friends who live in the city I tell to come down to the suburbs and see him. He has really made a situation that could be so painful and ugly be somewhat easy and comforting. The next day after I saw Dr. Rohan and he made his recommenations for treatment I went into the office to have a cleaning done. I was again impressed with the friendly staff. The hygienist, Samantha was just wonderful. She gave me an excellent exam before the cleaning. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I was in fear that the pain would only worsen into a horror story and asked my family for a reference. They all spoke very highly of Dr. Gannon's practice that has been in operation for nearly forty years. Late in the afternoon, I was able to schedule an appointment for 8 a.m. the next morning. I arrived the next morning and was taken care of immediately.
