We recently had a serious issue with flickering lights in our home and called Con Edison to check it out. They came quickly, did a thorough inspection, and determined it was a major safety issue -- our power had to be shut off immediately. That left me, my wife, and our 4-year-old without power or heat right after a snowstorm and during freezing temperatures. We had to leave our home and stay in a hotel on very short notice. We called Fattizzi Electrical (Paul Fattizzi), and he was outstanding. He responded quickly, understood the urgency, and got to work right away. Within two days, he had everything repaired and ready for inspection. He worked with Con Ed to come back out promptly, they cleared everything, and restored power so we could safely return home. I had great service using this electrician. I recently moved into a new home and when looking for an electrician, I found Paul Fattizzi online. It turns out most of my neighbors use him too. I called for an appointment and the secretary told me her boss is out of the office most of the day and would call me back later that afternoon. He called and I explained the changes I wanted in my new house and he worked around my schedule very well. I don't get the negatives here. Paul is the man. Years ago he installed electric for ductless AC in our one-of-a-kind house. Very tricky, but they got it done. Recently, after a bad wind storm, he personally drove up to the house and personally saw that we got a full service installed, approved and connected.
