The ENTIRE back parking lot was full and EVERY horrible, selfish, ridiculous driver decided to be a complete nuisance for us innocent folk trying to knock out some errands before lunchtime. All the times I've been to this mall (to dine at one of the dozen options here) I had no idea there was a Costco or a "liquor shed" in the back of the complex. (Worth noting: I work Deck Neck in Newark and I'm well-versed in the lunacy of double and triple parking, among other offenses.) I think even the most seasoned Ironbound drivers would lose their cool if they came here. Eventually I had to park by the Chick-fil-A and walk to/from NB. Was it worth all the hassle and inconveniences? No. The layout is very clean (sterile) and they didn't offer any refrigeration and most of the beer selection seemed to be cans. A nice selection of wine as well as some odd/offbeat liquors and it was my first time encountering soju and that stuff is good. Real good. Real potent. (One bottle later that evening and it was nap time, I can't lie.) Would I make the trek back to NB? Only if I couldn't find soju elsewhere.

For the first time I gave him a benefit of doubt but he told me the same thing a week after the first time I went in there.. if I am asking for a premium bourbon it's natural that I am going to pay a premium price but this jack ass has a bird brain.. to itch it's own but I don't recommend this place at all. I am giving one star as I there isn't anything less than 1 star.. effed up place, shop and the owner.

The staff is knowledgeable and so friendly. They have consistently made excellent recommendations over the years and they never try to upsell you for the sake of upselling. Another plus is that you can get your mixers here. Who hasn't forgotten the Diet Coke or club soda? And give me some of those fresh limes, please. Many a night, I've gone in for a bottle of this or that, and was pleasantly surprised by a wine/rum/moonshine/tasting by a wine rep.
