The auction itself was a great success, virtually everything sold. They had an amazing turnout both in person and online. This was a seamless closing of a chapter that was bittersweet. If I ever need these services again, Lauro Auctioneers will be my only call. Eric is professional and does his homework. He checked our website and knew the quality of equipment, I sent photos of BOH and he did not need a site visit. He was an absolutely pleasure to work with. To be transparent, I called another highly referred national Miami based auction company as well, they were slow to respond. To point, my Wednesday calls to both companies, I had a contract in hand and signed with Lauro before I received a call back from the other company on Friday. Eric was scheduled to take photos for the auction by the time the other company asked to visit the site on Monday (they received the same photos as well as some FOH ones). Time matters.
